Manager, Hannah L. and her staff provide good, professional service with flexible appointments to accommodate my schedule. The office has all the necessary dental equipment such as Xray machine in almost every dental room, a 3D Xray room, and onsite same-visit crown equipment. The cost is very competitive, at half to 2/3 of what my previous dentists charged me for similar works. What impress me the most was no pain in all my dental work done here, and of course the successful dental work performed on my teeth...which let me smile again. read more

Update on my Husband Jimmy experience. On 5-2-26 we return back to the dentist after making a complaint. And after talking to one of the staff there she was polite and say that they are sorry for what had happen. Ask us to give them second chances on fixing my husband's flexible parcel denture. So I had to request a different technician . Didn't want to deal with that Rude lady again . So the older technician man help us this time he was nice, and polite and explained everything clear . He was able to fix the flexible denture to aline to the gum, and doesn't hurt when you put in and bite down. Overall the staff took this problem with the rude lady technician very seriously. I have been going to this new dentist place for over a year now. My previous dentist was Dr Lee. Dr Lee is no longer working here. Now my new dentist is Dr Viet Hoang. Today I went there for filing, I told him if he does a good job. I will give him a positive feedback. I am a man of my words. He did an excellent job except too much anesthesia which I prefer less. However he is my new dentist now so hoping he will continuing provide excellent job to all his patients. I will be coming back there next Tuesday to have a crown done. I booked an appointment specifically with a dentist named Tuyet, but on the day of my appointment, multiple different people worked on my teeth, and none of them was Tuyet, which is what I expected. The person who cleaned my teeth last did a terrible job and it was painful. I've had better experiences with other Korean dentists at a different place, whose skills were noticeably superior so I could tell right away. They also seemed to push for unnecessary expenses. Originally I was bringing my Mother to the Family Doctor in the building but noticed this dental center here. I previously had a different insurance so I've been trying to find a place that takes Medi-Cal. I stopped by to check with Smile Again Dental Center since they were already here anyways and they took my information smoothly without any hassle or problems. The ladies at the front are very clear, patient and professional and it was easy to schedule an appointment through them. The rooms itself is also very clean as compared to other places where it looks like they don't even clean after every patient. When I went inside, Raphael and Dr. Nguyen helped with my Annual Cleanup and X-ray/Exam. They were very thorough and caring with the process. I found Smile Again Dental when I was looking for a new dental office that took Medi-Cal. The previous one I went to kept trying to basically scam me into purchasing expensive treatments that I didn't really need and wasnt covered by my insurance. I only found out because I was talking to my dentist friend. There was an immediate difference in customer service and treatment when I came to Smile Again Dental. As soon as you come in, the receptionists are nice. Then so are the dental assistants. I also appreciated that the dentists here explain everything to me. When they do make any recommendations other than brushing and flossing daily, everything is explained. PLUS, the only thing I've had to pay out-of-pocket so far was really cheap compared to most places! The mouthguard was only $100!! I mean as a struggling student I still tried to ask if any discounts provided. Of course $100 was already pretty low, but they gave me a dental goody bag! Overall, highly recommend this dental office! Wait-time honestly isn't that long compared to some of the offices I've been to. I had a bunch of teeth done and Dr. Anthony did an amazing job for me. He is very nice and gentle, and I am very sensitive on the pain-scale when it comes to getting procedures done on my teeth, but he did an amazing job and I didn't feel much pain at all. Ann is also amazing. I've done 2 root canals here and they have gone extremely well, with minimal amounts of pain both times. Even the X-Ray technicians here and very kind and professional. The owner themself is also amazing. All the staff here is amazing and kind, and their prices are very fair compared to others around the area. I absolutely love this place. I wish that I could give them 100+ stars. I've always not liked going to the dentist as I am sure 90% of the world's population feels the same. However, going to this office has literally turned my dread into joy. What started off as going in to see if my complete post for my crown could be reinserted turned in to having the tooth extracted and 2 implants being placed. The dentist who worked on me was absolutely top notch and he is amazing at his craft. He took the time to explain every step of the process as he worked. This was so awesome because you don't get caught off guard and begin to freak out by machines or the sensations you may end up feeling. You know exactly what he is going to do before he does it. Recovery was quick with minimal discomfort and I had 2 implants done. Now, let me tell you about the staff. These human beings are absolutely the most pleasant beings ever. I can honestly say, they could give Disneyland a run for their money as the happiest place on earth. They greet you with a smile and a big "hello" the moment you walk in the door. And I mean every single one of them greets you. An assistant could be coming out of a different room, and once they see you they greet you and start conversations. You really get a sense of "these people really do care about me". They don't do this because they're trying to get your business. But because they really do care about each individual patients well being. And this is every single time. Truly amazing establishment. Jenny and Hannah are nothing short of AMAZING. What a scam of an office. The front desk secretaries literally run the office and decides who qualifies for what dental work. I brought my mother in asking for an implant consult. Right off, the front desk lady said they don't extract tooth nor perform implant on elderly patients. Shouldn't the dentists make that decision? They ended up taking a whole mouth X-ray for nothing.
