She used the bathroom which had no TP or paper towels so needed to use seat cover as TP. Then, in order to check out we were asked to walked through the zig zag line through the stuff when there wasn't a single customer in line. My mom was beat by the time she did this and then expected to walk to the car that's parked so far away. Will not return! Please train employees to make exceptions when seeing a person that cannot walk too!

I first saw a mantel online at Home Depot by a salesperson. I then came home and went to their…read morewebsite and ordered one I liked better. After ordering it I received a notification from Fed Ex that it had been delivered. Only problem was it wasn't delivered to me. When I called Dogberry Collections I was told it wasn't THEIR problem. That they had made it and shipped it so it wasn't their problem but mine alone. I contacted Fed Ex twice. First time they couldn't find a package with my name or address on it. Second time I contacted Fed Ex going by the number on the package only I was told that there was a picture of my door that it was delivered to. BUT IT WASN'T MY DOOR IN THE PICTURE. Now you may think this is a problem with Fed Ex but it's not. I got out in the rain and tracked down my mantle by looking for the door in the picture. After going to this apartment a few times I retrieved my mantle. The problem was that on the shipping label it did NOT have my name or apartment number. When I made my order I listed my apartment number on two different lines. But the label simply said SHOPIFY IN PLACE OF MY NAME AND WITHOUT A APARTMENT NUMBER. They certainly knew my name when they billed my credit card and would not issue a refund. It was left up to me to track down the mantle and carry it home. I am 72 and disabled. I am just lucky that the person it was delivered to was willing to give it to me without any proof that it belonged to me and that they had not decided to keep it for themselves. DOGBERRY COLLECTIONS WAS ABSOLUTELY NOT ANY HELP AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE.
