I used Elite Brothers construction because they were assigned to help repair 2 floods that I had in my home. I am African American, and they are white male owned and the spouse Simone was a former customer. They attempted insurance Fraud by telling State Farm that my carpet upstairs had been replaced and it HAD NOT. I caught the mistake, and they tried to lie and claim that it was an ERROR by the office manager... I had to miss work to meet with their workers on several occasions, only to have them not show up and even call to cancel. On top of that they did horrible work and my floor upstairs feels uneven when walking upstairs. They did not caulk and seal around the toilets, baseboards, or entry points. They left the gas running one day, and I had to turn away one of their workers because I smelled gas. The technician with Southwest Gas confirmed that they did indeed leave the gas running. A HUGE SAFETY RISK!! Elite Bros brushed it off as if it was NOTHING... When I tried to rectify the situation with them, they tried to CONTROL me by scheduling appoints on their own without considering I have a ton of other things I am working on. They need to be shut down because who else are they doing this to? read more

Thee worst construction company and they are scammers. They tried to charge me for carpet replacement when they did not replace my carpet. Ron yelled and me then he became nice once he knew I knew their SCAM. Shotty work all around. My garage is off track due to them. My interaction with Elite Brothers was different than most because I did not have any work done. How I know them is this ... I applied for an outside sales position with Elite Brothers. My resume shows years of experience working with homeowners to identifying every aspect and discussing possible pitfalls to their project. This communication remains constant every step of the [project, good or bad, all the installation. That is what I would have brought to the company along with an extremely high closing ratio but I never even got to interview or even meet one of the brothers. I followed up with calls as well as dropped of a hard copy of my resume. I WILL NOT and CAN NOT bad moth this company, they are class all the way!! Just because I am salty due to no interview. My vetting of this company came out almost perfect! Sure you will have complaints as all construction companies will, look at the total jobs completed vs. how many complaints and it is a landslide victory for Elite Brothers. for the WIN! Many different teams of people came out to put my garage & home back together after my soft water tank blew up and flooded my garage. My insurance, AAA, hired everyone that came out. Everyone was kind and professional, including Elite. I'm not a good judge of how long it should have taken, or the quality of all end results. BUT...my walls have been rebuilt and water laden carpet has been cleaned, which looks great. So very happy this section of the job is done. Very poor quality work. Was consistently blown off by the project manager with constant delays on the work. Once I got on him for the delays they rushed the work to the point where countertops were uneven. Huge lumps under the vinyl floor, the trim on the counter didn't match (after I was reassured that it would match) and the paperwork for completion was sent via email so the project manager didn't even see the completed work or give me a chance to respond. Ashley the project coordinator was on point in getting the permits done in a timely manner. This place was recommended by my insurance company to cover our flood. In the middle of this project, we found out we needed to move out-of-state. Therefore, we asked them to add flooring and re-carpeting to our quote. Like a previous review, we found they celebrated their work with beers left inside our cabinets in rooms. The work was so terrible! We had to several walkthroughs to complete the work and go over their lack of craftsmanship before we could put our home on the market. The supervisor, doesn't come to the site to inspect the work. They must hire outside vendors to do the work. When we would do the walkthroughs, the supervisor would say he didn't know since the had been there. Due to waiting for them to fix their mistakes, the house went on the market later than expected. read more

Our house flooded and from what i would say was the craziest flood of all time!! (I'm sure there's worse but I'm dramatic) I noticed water on the floor and within the cracks of our vinyl flooring. During cleanup we pulled the fridge out and it was leaking a little bit from the water supply line. My home is brand new so i thought we that's all it was. I called my homeowners insurance and they sent me a company called Restoration 1. Now i know this review isn't about Restoration 1 but i just wanted to shout them out because of how well they did. Came out the next morning and immediately built a containment of the damaged area, cleaned up and removed all the water soaked material. To my surprise it turns out there was a black water pipe leaking from in the walls!! It leaked down between the walls and didn't show up until weeks later. CRAZY!! They found that and had a plumber out right away to fix the leak. Loud fans and dehumidifiers were brought in to dry everything out. The guys were so great. Extremely kind and polite to my wife whenever they came out. Now on to Elite brothers. A man named Todd showed up to give an estimate on the repairs. My wife said he was also super nice and friendly. Took a look at the damage and stated it wasn't going to be that big of a deal. What a relief!! I naturally always assume worst case scenario. He left and said he would send an estimate. Here we are thinking that would take days maybe weeks. I had that email that same day with the insurance claims adjuster CC'd on it that same day!! INSANE!! Once we got the insurance company to respond to me (lol just know this review is not for QBE- They stink) We got Roger next, the superintendent in charge of getting the work done. He was awesome! talked to me and my wife like real people. He laid out reasonable timelines of getting the work done. My wife and I were thrilled!! But Literally such a smooth process in every single way. I could not have asked for a better experience. When everything first happened, friends and family pretty much told me buckle up and enjoy hell for the next 3 months of my life. And despite having a little trouble with the insurance company to get them to pay the bill, Todd , Roger and his team got this job handled in the most timely and best way possible. Thank you Elite Brothers Construction for the best freaking experience of my life with a contractor. I didn't think it was possible in todays world. They got the job done adding in things that did not exist in my house previously that I was not asked about and removing necessary utilities like hot water in the kitchen and heat so now my bills won't be as high!! They even celebrated their hard work by cracking open some beers on the job at my property! They have found a group of the most talented liars to have on staff I have ever excperienced, ELITE if I do so say so myself, and even use UNLICENSED subconstractors to help keep the costs of labor down! They made sure to install the flooring so that it squeaks everywhere you walk in the upstairs so even if someone else is downstairs they know exactly where you last were just incase something bad happens and the flooring is already lifting up so it will be easier to remove the next time I want to redo it! They also painted over all the old caulking so the stairs are uneven-helps test your balance super cool feature and left staples from the abatement company in the wall and painted over them so if I want to staple any papers to my wall the color of the staples already match! They tried to put a lien on my property after being paid in full and refuse to fill out proper documentation stating otherwise and won't stay true to their 6 month warranty just to keep things interesting after a devasting flood! So happy I chose Elite Brothers Construction so I can be scammed, and lied to while homeless due to a disaster then threatened in every way imaginable including subcontractors refusing to leave my property until I signed I was happy with their work! read more
