WARNNG!!!! I booked an appointment to do a Live Scan. I show up exactly at the time of my appointment and NO ONE is there. I call the owner and she asked me when did I make the appointment. I told her, "last night." Because she didn't see my appointment before she went to bed, she decide it was ok not to go into the office. Am I the ONLY client she has? And, why didn't she check to see if any has an appointment early in the morning instead of checking right before she goes to bed. Better yet, If her hours are 9am - 5pm she should have her butt in her office even before 9am. Not only did she waste my time, but now I have to look for another place, have the hassle of trying to get a refund, and missed time from work. HORRIBLE SERVICE. DON'T GO HERE!!!! read more
