And then get In-N-Out (no pun intended), show up early without the crowds, this group was coughing, hacking & sneezing, and basically forced me to wait outside til my name was called... Sorry, but we can't verify that you even HAVE an appointment) Wait times are long & unacceptable. The whole process makes me concerned with how accurate test results may be. It seems like they grew too big, too fast. The actual lab 'draw staff' are polite, but initial impressions are EVERYTHING! They really need to work on making the Customer 'feel' important, and the reason they exist as a business. Otherwise, there ARE other labs for a patient to choose from.
