We've been coming here for years and have always had such a great experience! I love that this place is truly made for kids. Everything is colorful, fun, and welcoming, and they really put thought into making kids feel comfortable instead of nervous about going to the dentist. My 4-year-old son actually gets excited when I tell him we're going to the dentist . There are so many toys and things for him to play with in the waiting area, and even the waiting rooms are colorful and have TVs, so he's never sitting there bored. The place is clean and the staff has always been friendly and patient with my kids, and we've always felt well taken care of. I've taken my kids to other dentists and every time the experience was terrible and we would leave before the visit was even done. The staff at those other places would never take the time to really make our kids feel comfortable. Kids Dental Park does the exact opposite. Yesterday was our first appointment at Kids Dental Park. My daughter is 16 months and has lots of teeth already, so I was ready to get her seen. I specifically booked here because of the very bright, colorful atmosphere and the play area in the waiting room. I grew up visiting a pediatric dentist and I have so many fond memories of going to my dentist appointments as a kid because of the play room and fun colors and atmosphere. I wanted this for my daughter, so it was super cool finding this place. Booking over the phone as a first timer was easy and the front desk was kind and courteous both over the phone and checking in today. The waiting room was great because I had new patient paperwork to fill out but my toddler immediately went to play with all the children's toys with no issue. I have never finished paperwork faster! Watching her play was great too. We got called back to a Sleeping Beauty themed room, which I loved because my daughter is named after her! So fun they put us in that room specifically. I noticed all the rooms have a kid friendly theme chosen which is super exciting for the littles. The patient chairs all have TVs and today they were showing Bluey, which my daughter likes a lot. The hygienist was very patient and kind to my daughter and I. I had no idea how a visit with a toddler new to the dentist would go, so it was great having guidance and seeing someone who was obviously comfortable with kids and understood some of the potential hurdles and how to get over them. It was very short, but she has so few teeth and is still learning to cooperate for the staff so this was very understandable! The dentist gave us some helpful advice for her age and checked her mouth for visible cavities. I opted out of xrays since I just wanted to get her comfortable doing this routine first and I had no concerns about her teeth. I appreciate that the staff explained and asked what I'd like to do for the visit since she is so young and didn't pressure me into anything I didn't want to put her through yet. Time wise we were here about 45 minutes, and I had budgeted myself an hour so that was great to be ahead of schedule as well. Check out was a breeze because my kid went back to the play area while I booked next appointments and asked some questions. She seriously did not want to leave! It was cute. If you have super little ones, this is a great place to take them to get them used to the dentist and excited about it. Highly recommend. I will come back to review again after some more visits have passed. read more

My niece and nephew have been coming here for some time now. This is my first time taking my nephew. The staff is super friendly and really try to help the kids stay calm. From the stories my sisters have told me, they are very thorough and there hasn't been any problems. He went in for a few fillings and they told me it would take about an hour and a half. Everything is clean and the play area, arcade games, and tvs will keep your kids busy and relaxed before their appointment. I recommend this place for your kid's dental needs. read more

I recommend arriving with 15minutes to allow your child (0-15) to explore the imaginative waiting room world; because this office runs on-time!! The front office staff are professional and kid oriented experts. They anticipate the parents financial questions. They double triple check that parents understand their child's treatment. The dental assistants have SO much patience while getting X-rays and cleanings done. Kids are NOT allowed to be tortured here. As a mom, I've been bringing my 4 children here since 2015- when I relocated to the area. Dr. Han was recommended by the top orthodontist Dr.Montoya and another DDS E.Park for treatment and routine care for our child with true dental phobia! I've been going to this place for almost 2 years now. It's very kid-friendly. They have a whole kids play area that keep my kids occupied while we are waiting to be seen. The rooms are very welcoming for kids and decorated everywhere to keep kids feeling calm and excited during their appointment. The ONLY complaint I have are with the receptionists. TWICE I've been told I didn't have an appointment. As a working mom of two, it's such an inconvenience to set aside a time for an appt that ends up getting cancelled the day I get there. The FIRST time I was told that they closed early and I should have received a voicemail days before, BUT I NEVER GOT ONE, so at her rescheduled appt I made sure my number got corrected to prevent that from happening AGAIN. The SECOND time I was told someone left a voicemail telling me the doctor changed his mind about my daughter getting a night guard for her teeth and made some suggestions about other options since she's so young, BUT I NEVER GOT THAT ONE EITHER. I asked them to repeat the phone number they had in their system and it was wrong AGAIN. It's so aggravating. I had them change it AGAIN and repeat the address in their system to make sure it was indeed my daughter's name in their system with that number that I was updating for the SECOND time. I've NEVER had this issue with any other doctors/dentist offices I've been in. This might be the reason I switch, to be honest. It's so annoying. read more

If there was a zero star option, I would have opted for that, but 1 star it is! Please, do not take your children here if you expect to receive even HALF decent service from a dentist. My daughter unfortunately has an extreme fear of any dental work. The dental assistant was good at trying to explain the process to my daughter. He was able to convince her to go into the procedure room, however when the he tried to put the gas mask on her, she freaked out because she was not aware of what was happening. My daughter tried to sit up and the dentist who was sitting on the round chair, hovering above her, got in her face and aggressively told her "Lay back down!". After he repeated this to her several times in a condescending/aggressive manner, I stood up and physically had to move the dentist out of my daughter's face.
