The lady walked out three times during my session to help other people (it was not a relaxed setting at all) 3. The same lady answered her phone during my session 4. On top of all of that she had the nerve to attempt to make conversation with me 5. Once my session was completed (very disappointing btw) she pretty much tried to guilt me into paying her a tip for her terrible services

We arrived just a few minutes before our appointments which were scheduled at opening. The receptionist (also a Massage Therapist) was there and waiting for our arrival. It is a small place with what looks like just 2 massage rooms. We were shown to our respective rooms and asked to get ready for our sessions. Shortly thereafter my Massage Therapist arrived. She did a great job with pressure and checking in to see if the pressure was satisfactory. By the the time she got to my feet foe reflexology, I was so relaxed I dozed off...maybe 3 or more times. The entire experience was relaxing and helped to alleviate some tightness/pain that I was experiencing in my lower back.
