Dana...remember the name. Dana is amazing! I could not say enough great things about her! She is a miracle worker. I see her once a month and, no matter the issue, she uses her skills to fix it. I never seem to have the same massage twice. Before every session, she asks what I'd like her to focus on. If there's a particular area of pain, she focuses on it and the pain is gone. I recommend her to anyone and everyone who wants a therapist who will get the job done. I would not see her monthly if she wasn't worth it. read more

BROOKE IS MY GIRL!!! She is absolutely fantastic. 10/10 would recommend her. She is very knowledgeable and educates you with stretches to do post massage. I've had massages from two other therapists there who weren't up to par. I had Dan for 90 mins and he yawned out loud a couple times, drank his Gatorade, and sat down on the stool for majority of the massage. The other woman, I don't remember her name. I had one of the best massages. I was seen by Rebecca and I absolutely loved it. My preference is to have a deep tissue massage. I was surprised when she used her knuckles to massage in between my ribs, I had never experienced that. I left feeling relaxed and like a million bucks. I highly recommend this place. I pulled or strained a muscle in my back and decided to go get a massage to ease the pain. This was my second time at iron clad body works and this time I had a male masseuse named Dan. As a woman i know some of us are a little stand off-ish when it comes to having a male masseuse, but I have to tell you, Dan was absolutely 100 percent professional and very kind! He was amazing and really payed attention to my problem area. I booked with him right away once my session was over. Absolutely excellent atmosphere. I did a number to my back the night before. I called when they opened and was able to get an appointment the same day. When I arrived I was asked to fill a form, pretty standard. I had only just sat down before they gave me an ice pack for my lower back which helped (I mentioned over the phone why I was coming) Mary took excellent care of my lower back and the rest. I've had seven to 10 body massages at Ironclad. I have repeatedly asked for neck massages but end up getting just a general massage. Now, I'm told that I must provide a $30 down payment with a credit card. I usually tip $20 after massage, but I'll have to reconsider a new tip amount. I am so happy I found this place! I have been in multiple times to see Gayle. She doesn't just mash on stuff, she understands the mechanics of the body well enough to be able to actually fix whatever problem I walk in with, whether it's my shoulder, knee, or sciatica. I feel like, as a direct result of coming here, I am ending up with the fewest bouts of back pain that I can ever remember having. I've never been here before so I took a chance. I called the Killeen location and they had no openings so she booked me an appt for their Cove location for an hour ($60 for newbies). First things first, I was initially uncomfortable because their A/C happened to break down some time before I showed up and it was a sauna in there. However I was thankful for it in the long run because if there is one thing I hate AFTER a massage, it's to feel cold so the warmth was welcome for me at least lol. Anyway, I came in because of stress and an awful night's sleep. I got to see Gayle....she was awesome! It has to be a gift. She gave a lot of education afterward and even went into mom mode long enough to lecture me a little lol. The massage was good enough that I made a follow up appt and left with mascara all over my eyes. I think the girl at the front desk even laughed at me for it but didn't bother to tell me (thanks a lot ladies!). Guess it serves me right for wearing makeup to a massage appt.
