Overall, I would rate my experience a 6/10. I initially booked a couples massage with two female…read moremasseuses. A few days before the appointment, I was contacted and asked to reschedule due to one masseuse taking medical leave, which I understood. As an alternative, I was offered the option to split the massage into two separate sessions. That completely defeated the purpose of booking a couples massage, so I declined. I ended up rescheduling for the following day. Unfortunately, the next day I received another call 45 minutes before my appointment informing me that another masseuse was sick and I would need to reschedule again. I was told the cancellation fee would be waived for my partner--which immediately made me question why a fee was even being considered in the first place when the cancellation was not my fault. I eventually rescheduled for a later date and was informed that the massage would be with one male and one female masseuse. During the massage, the male masseuse made me uncomfortable, which was disappointing since I had specifically requested female therapists from the beginning. Throughout the session, he was breathing very loudly and yawned multiple times, which disrupted the relaxation experience. While I appreciate the effort to accommodate rescheduling, the repeated last-minute changes and the discomfort during the massage impacted the overall experience.

This place is a scam. Don't buy into it with their membership or try to schedule anything here…read more I had a membership with them for $80 a month but I had 3 different massage therapist cancel on me with no valid reason. They also charged me $55 to cancel so yeah don't buy into the membership. The only great thing about this place is the front desk staff, they're always so kind and helpful. I absolutely love them and they are what makes the place amazing but everything else isn't worth the price.

The website said that the haircut included shampoo, conditioner and style. Yet, she asked me if I wanted my hair washed and then I had to ask her to style it. She cut my hair dry. I've never had anyone cut my hair without shampooing it first. My hair is not even. The right side is longer than the left. I will not go back and do not recommend it
