From what I understand, you can't schedule an appt through the app you only check in and it give you a notice about 10 mins out. But that 10 min window is more like a 20ish window. The app sort of lets you get on the waitlist. Supposedly the afternoons are the least busy time. Side note: It can difficult to get two get haircuts at the same time. I always end up getting one cut and then having to wait on the next one.
