By far one of the best cuts I've had- EVER! The shop is nice and clean. The environment is very comfortable. I've heard many good things about this barbershop for a while now and I'm glad I finally checked it out. It's also open 7 days a week which is not very common for barbershops in Dallas. Called ahead of time ,around 12, to see if they would be able to do a walk in. I showed up 20 mins after and they said they dint have any barber openings until after 6. My feedback to this store is to set proper expectations. If someone calls ahead if the attendant barber responds with "walk ins are possible". Mention what the wait time could look like. Offer solutions as well! Your job is to cater to the customer. No matter how good your barber skills may be the management of communication to customer has to be at the same skill level. I should not have to show up and be told that there isn't an opening until 6. That should have been communicated to me before I even got there. That was the whole purpose of me making that call. I understand that booking is online though and that's a great tool you could have leveraged once I made that call. Instead of saying "yeah your welcome to come in for a walk in" the communication could have been "booking is handled through our website: I encourage you to see what openings would work best with your schedule. We look forward to meeting with you" or something along those lines. This would have set the tone a bit more clearly. Anyway just relocated to this area so I'm looking for a new barbershop and this was my first impression of your barbershop. read more

Had a couple of issues with trying to schedule online--would confirm an appointment and then cancel the appointment a few minutes later. Finally got everything scheduled and set up with Jose. Went here because my barbershop wats packed! I went to get a mid fade and a beard trim..I still have hair around my ears and a uneven fade. I was left with cuts all around my face and head. I've been getting my clean shave/cuts with Alex for the past 6 1/2 years and not once have I had any issues. His new shop is very clean, the guys are very welcoming, and walk ins are always welcomed. I suggest you call in and make an appointment before making a trip out there. Especially on the weekends when all his open spots are usually taken like hot bread.
