I was referred here last year, by Lon, at Burton Boulder (see that review, even though that shop is sadly now closed), after a Vail Resorts Breckenridge employee broke my bindings (90s era vintage) and cracked the top surface of my 1999 Burton Freedom Victoria Jealouse board, after I'd linked it to a rack, that they moved without any care whatsoever, while I was inside the lodge using the loo, drinking water, and grabbing a snack mid-mountain. Though I worked with Vail to reimburse me for their mistake, it was a gift card towards an EPIC Pass for this season, with no snow, so I've only ridden twice, and now I saw that they didn't just break my bindings, they also cracked my favorite of three boards I currently own. I also made them retrain their staff, and they posted signs. Tom, understanding all this, compassionately gave me a free wax & edge sharpen today (THANK YOU!), after I paid for one last year, given Lon told me i can trust Tom, and Lon is correct: Tom is trustworthy.
