A little short staff, but the team were all friendly and all were assisting each other to fill in the gaps of service. Bartender seated me as host stand was not manned, other servers bussing and running food as bartender was busy. Appreciate the awareness and assistance. Old items on menu... bacon wrapped dates, beet salad, pulpo, mussels were all still really good! Crab cakes were bland. Do not recommend this dish. A staple and OG restaurant of Vegas in the past and still and great place now, just with an upgraded look. Parking is easy.

Service is also very attentive and awesome, made our anniversary date night very lovely :). My overall thoughts on the food - 3.5/4 out of 5 It's good food. Is it the best tapas place ever? I wouldn't say so. But here is what we ordered and what I thought of it: Tuna tartare: 2.5/5 - nothing terribly special- it was good! Just nothing to write home about Patatas bravas: 3/5 - again, good! But I fear my bar for patatas bravas is really high. So it's hard to impress me with these. I wish there was more sauce and the potatoes were crispier Machego mac and cheese: 5/5 - yea this was delicious. Definitely not an authentic Spanish tapa but man it was fire. The crispy cheese at the top was so *chefs kiss* Pork empanada: 5/5 - this is the dish me and my partner bit into and both of us rang a resounding "mmmmm!". This is really good- you have to get it. Steak y papas: 5/5 - steak was cooked well, the mashed potato is yummy. Solid choice White sangria: 4/5 - not as much fruit flavor as I'd like in a sangria but it was good Flourless chocolate cake: 4/5 - it's not very rich or sweet which is definitely a good thing after a large meal. But if that's what you're looking for, that's not in this.

Had a reservation in the afternoon on a Saturday and had a great time. We were met by our server Bianca and she was superb. I know she was very busy with the tables but managed to look after us well. With food, we had first got the bacon jam which has always been a must get at. It has such a unique flavor to it, but this time around was a little disappointing as it seems the cheese wasn't melted all the way which made it a little difficult to cut. The gochujang butter flavored oysters were really tasty but a bit expensive for three oysters. Then we had the French onion fingerlings. Then the potatoes were a little hard and wished there was more sauce on it as it was mostly potato in taste. Although, those were a bit disappointing, the short rib was cooked perfectly and we loved the sauce on top of it. Also really cool was the pep on pep flatbread. My personal favorite! We also had gotten the bourbon brownie bacon. It was ok, liked the bourbon ice cream, not that fond of the bacon. If you're a bacon lover, though, I'd highly recommend trying it out. Well, as always, I had a good time. These first couple of times I've went, they sure tasted better, but perhaps it was just an off day.

We were seated promptly and the staff were delightful. We ordered the cherry cinnamon french toast, the proper breakfast, crab & spinach benedict, the meyer lemon pancakes and the housemade quiche. Each one was superb! Beautiful presentation and more importantly delicious. We could not stop raving about our great experience. We wanted to go back the next day. We didn't have a reservation but arrived at opening and nabbed two spots at the bar. What a treat for us! We were waited on by attentive and personable bar staff who made great recommendations based on our likes and dislikes. We shared the Peach + Prosciutto pizza (major, major yummm!), Italian Chopped Salad, and Tortellini. There was more than enough for both of us and we even had another meal or two to take home. The food was fresh, the produce was ripe and perfect (especially the tomatoes in the salad!). Truly, no notes and no complaints! The restaurant remained busy the entire time we were there, however, the ambiance allowed for my girlfriend and I to easily converse. And while staff remained busy, they never strayed too far or left us waiting long. I can't wait for my next visit!

We ordered the khao soi and added the crispy duck, nam kao tod, thum ka noon and thai tea. The khao soi with crispy duck was amazing, hands down the favorite of what we ordered. The duck skin was crispy, and came with a nice curry sauce from the khao soi which had a good blend of creaminess, spice and umami. At the bottom of the dish was some egg noodles and some fried egg noodles on top for textural contrast. The duck itself is an additional cost but so worth it. Get an side of rice and you can soak up the rest of the khao soi sauce. The nam kao tod is crispy rice, sour pork sausage, cilantro, green onions, ground dry chilis, sliced ginger, peanuts & lime juice. Got this at medium spice. This was the first time I had a thai dish like this, had a really nice texture with the crispy rice and rest of the ingredients in it. The thum ka noon is shredded young jackfruit, tomatoes, spices and served with cucumbers, raw garlic and onions. You get to pick your choice of protein, and we picked chicken. For this dish, I could not easily differentiate between the jackfruit and the chicken since everything is all minced up. The thai tea was good. Overall, the food itself was not too heavy and they have thai dishes we normally don't see on menus which is nice. Would definitely come again and try more dishes.

Today, I came with my family for lunch and it was the first time bringing our kids who have multiple food allergies. Our server, Vanessa, was very accommodating, and Ruben, who is one of the main kitchen staff, came over and gave us complete confidence that none of the food we ordered would contain any of the food allergens we notified them of. All of our food came out without issue and tasted super delicious, as always. We ordered the Vegan Loaded nachos, Shrimp street taco plate, wings, and two kids meals (Sauteed shrimp and beef tacos) and everyone loved their food. In past visits, we've ordered their Margaritas which were amazing. I highly recommend coming to Nacho Daddy for both big groups, couples, and even families. They have a very nice variety of food and drinks and it's also conveniently located.
