    Bossam 1/2 portion
    Sheila A.

Getting a table at Momofuku was really easy breezy because their place is pretty big and there are plenty of spots. This is really helpful and dependable especially for Las Vegas that are notorious for a long wait (for good food). So if you want a good asian food with no wait, come here! It was only 2 of us coming here for a late lunch, but I really wanted to try their family menu. Either the duck rice or the bossam. Luckily they were able to accommodate us to order half the portion of Bossam family style. For the duck rice, unfortunately they couldn't. It was a total of $118 for the half portion of bossam. As expected, it was delicious! It came with some sides of kimchi, rice, lettuces, and ginger scallion sauce. They also offered us if we want to refill the sides. It was sooo much food, we ended up taking it to go. It was seriously enough for 4-6 people perhaps! The pork was so good, it's on a sweeter side. It has a good combination between fatty and lean part. So good with the rice, lettuce and kimchi. I definitely want to try their family menu duck rice one day. Just have to find people to share them with!

Came here for a light lunch with 3 other of my girlfriends as we just arrived and was hungry but didn't want to eat too much as we had an early dinner reservation elsewhere. Saw the menu and thought it would be perfect to grab a couple of dishes to share. We started with the caviar buns. While the chicken was crispy, it was slightly dry, and the flavor completely overpowered the delicate caviar, making it difficult to appreciate what should have been the star ingredient. It totally did not worth the piece. The pork belly buns were also a little disappointing as the pork lacked the tenderness and juiciness I was hoping for. The ginger and scallion noodles with shrimp had a nice al dente texture, and the shrimp were the highlight as it was well prepared and flavorful. However, the overall seasoning felt a bit underwhelming, and the dish could have used a stronger depth of flavor. The standout dish of the night was definitely the rice cakes. They had a great contrast of textures, with a lightly fried exterior and a wonderfully chewy interior. The sauce was well-balanced, with just the right amount of spice and sweetness without becoming overpowering. Overall, there were some enjoyable elements, especially the rice cakes and shrimp, but a few of the signature items fell short of expectations given the price point.

We did takeout bc we weren't able to get seated at around 4:30pm. The hostess said we would have to wait till 5pm and our cranky toddler wasn't having it so we took it to-go to eat in our suite instead. Granted it most definitely would've tasted better fresh at the restaurant. We ordered a bunch of stuff to try like Wagyu steak and eggs which came w a side of potatoes. It was cooked to a perfect medium rare. We could've done without the pork ramen as the soup easily became cold and the noods were stuck together in a separate box. Shrimp buns were made into like beef patties and the pickled onions on it made it taste good. Caviar bun was placed on a fried chicken which was cold already by the time we got to the room so it was a no no. Candied walnut lobster and shrimp was confusing af. It came with condensed milk dipping sauce and everything was fried. There were only 2 shrimps!! Nothing wowed me except the sauce for the branzino. Would def order branzino again.

I came here over a long weekend trip and really enjoyed it! It was easy to make a reservation and it wasn't too busy at the time we went either, which was lunch time on a Friday. The service was great and the food was tasty. We got the mushroom ramen with pork added to it since I was also eyeing the pork ramen, Iberico pork, and spicy chicken sando with a side of rice. I was on the fence for a while between the mushroom and pork ramen because I love mushrooms but prefer a pork broth. I ended up getting the mushroom ramen and added pork belly, and it was honestly really good. The mushrooms were great and there was a nice variety of textures and flavors, and the broth was pretty tasty and even better than some pork broths I've had before. The Iberico pork was really flavorful and tender, and I liked the sauce a lot. It had a steep price so because of that, I thought it was nice to try once but not sure if I'll get it again. I tried a little bit of the spicy chicken sando and it had a great crunch factor to it. Overall a great experience here and would want to come again for some more ramen!

Dropped in to try an appetizer after just eating at Bang Bar. We sat at the bar and I asked the bartender what he recommended. He asked how hungry we were and we told him we weren't that hungry. He then recommended the most expensive appetizer (big eye tuna $36) or the most expensive noodles to share (lobster noodles market price: $52). We don't like tuna or lobster. We ordered the shrimp buns that were listed as $18 on the menu. Once the check came I saw that it was $20. I asked and the server who checked to confirm that yes, it's listed as $18 on the menu. It still rung up as $20 on the bill. They did not honor the menu price and just said sorry and shrugged shoulders. Do better. Not coming back. It makes me wonder how many other dishes on the menu are being up charged on the bill if they don't update their menus. The food was okay. Not worth the price. One shrimp in a bun with fast food quality shredded lettuce. I did not like the service and how they were trying to upsell us on food recommendations.

Just an overall fantastic dining experience, don't recommend sitting on the main level, ask to be seated on the second level. Second level is much quieter and looking out at The Eiffel Tower The array of food items is just incredible and absolutely delicious, from the shrimp cocktail, spicy cucumbers, and bigeye tuna, pork belly buns then on to the main dishes. Family style 32 oz Dry-Aged Ribeye serves 3-4 | 40-day dry aged, served with caesar salad, beef fat fries, steak sauce, & shirodashi hollandaise red, Iberico Pork sweet peppers, seasonal fruit, agre dulce. Great wine selections like the 2011 Emedio Pepe and the 2023 PERNAND VER GELESSES SOUS FRÉTILLE both outstanding. Definitely recommend dining here if you're in Vegas.

I had heard many good things about Momofuku, so I was ready to have a great meal. The appetizers I tried were all very good, I think I should have stopped there. My family and I were interested in trying the bo ssam, the roasted pork shoulder. We were disappointed in the bo ssam, for the price point, $198, the pork should have NOT tasted just like pulled pork at a BBQ joint - the flavor profile fit exactly what I would find at any BBQ restaurant. The meat was tender and juicy and made well, but it was not worth what we paid even though there was a literal ton of meat. I would not order this again. Disappointment aside, the restaurant had a lively atmosphere. We didn't try any of the cocktails, but saw other diners with theirs and they all looked picture worthy. The service was attentive, we never had to ask or wait for a refill or anything else. Momofuku is a decent restaurant and I am open to trying other items on their menu.

I was really unimpressed with Momofuku. The spicy chicken sandwich was just okay. The chicken was not as juicy and tender as I prefer. The sauce was pretty standard. Same feeling for the wagyu steak. I expected wagyu to be tender, but this was really chewy and unseasoned. Shishito peppers were just okay as well. I prefer my peppers blistered. I am skeptical about a return visit during my next Vegas trip.

Great spot for Asian cuisine! We came here after missing out on a reservation for Din Tai Fung at Aria, and it did not disappoint. It's conveniently located right in The Cosmopolitan and offers an amazing experience. For small plates, we ordered the lamb chops and pork belly buns. The buns are a restaurant specialty--soft, tangy, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The lamb chops were perfectly cooked to a fall-off-the-bone consistency and tossed in a great sweet chili sauce. We also shared the scallion noodles, which feature a fresh mix of cucumbers and mushrooms in a tangy flavor profile. Overall, the food was excellent. Service was fast and polished, and the ambiance is stunning. Highly recommended for a date night or a work social!

Our second visit to Momofuku and it was even more amazing than our first. We arrived late in Las Vegas, and just wanted to eat something quick so we wandered over the Cosmopolitan and got seats at the bar. Lucky for us we were seated right in front of the incredibly talented chef who was in charge of all of the Meat and Fish preparation.... It felt like we were on an amazing cooking show.. We ordered pork and shrimp steamed buns, absolutely amazing, we ordered their signature pork dish ~ probably the best entrée I've ever had in my life and their fried brussels sprouts which were like crack. It was phenomenal. The setting was electric watching this busy kitchen in action. The service was right on point and the atmosphere was energetic, we could not have had a better time or better food. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who's visiting Vegas .

I was looking for a little snack option and came here at around 4:00 pm. Checked in with them and they allowed groups of two to come in if we were good with the bar seating. It was a fine seating arrangement. The only drawback was that it didn't have a hook for our bags. After browsing the menu, we grabbed a pork belly bun, pork croquette, fried chicken bun, and DIY hand rolls. Considering we were aiming to get a brief snack, this was a good shareable amount. Everything was also delicious! We had wanted the slider buns but it ran out that day. Service was on point. Order came out quickly and staff was attentive with filling our waters. American Express is accepted.

Great ambiance, great food, great service! Sat down to work for a bit & pulled out the laptop, the servers were super nice & gave me recommendations on the menu- not too pushy & let me do my own thing for awhile. Had a drink not pictured but it was fantastic: the pink & white Located inside the Cosmopolitan & easily located! Definitely want to come back to try their ramens. They sounded amazing!

Located upstairs inside the cosmopolitan hotel. Came during happy hour! Got the cashew shrimp which was delicious but only came with two pieces!? The ramen pork ramen was not on the happy hour menu but it was good. It was thick and creamy with a lot of meat.

Great, if you're dining by yourself at one of the bar seating or if you're with a group of friends, they have tables in the back and then I believe they also have outdoor seating from what it looked like. (I was there at night.) I am so grateful for our server. He really was a trooper, we were trying to figure out some of my allergies, and he really went above and beyond to doublecheck things. I got an iced Matcha, and my friend got a non-alcoholic Sapporo. And we both enjoyed our beverages. Prices were pretty reasonable and they do have happy hour and deals throughout the week. For a starter, we ordered the Marufuku bites: Pirikara Chicken. It was the perfect level of spice. The ratio of bun to vegetable to sauce, was really great and we quite enjoyed it. It was a perfect little starter snack while we were waiting for our food. I ordered the Chicken Paitan with spinach noodles and my friend ordered the Hakata Tonkotsu DX ramen. There was a mixup with my noodles and they quickly remade my Ramen with the correct noodles and I really appreciated how swift they were able to do that. From the outside, the bowl looks like it isn't holding that much when in reality when you start eating, you realize that there is a lot in there! My only complaint is that I wish there would've been more chicken. The egg was fantastic and I absolutely loved the spinach noodles. They gave a really good amount of noodles! The broth was fantastic! It was the perfect comfort food. We sat there in complete silence as we happily ate our food. I finished the bowl clean! Overall, it was really great experience and I'm excited to go there again in the future. Especially more in the winter! Sometimes parking can be a little difficult because it does get really packed in that area, so just keep that in mind, especially on weekends at night, you might need to park farther down closer to mothership.

Upon arriving, I walked in and called again to see if the phone worked. It rang without an issue. I noticed the restaurant had four tables occupied. Two with food, two waiting for food one with dishes waiting to be cleared. One server on the floor. He greeted me. I let him know, I've been calling for twenty minutes. He apologized and responded with, "I'm the only one here". It's a small place so there isn't much running around. Although a lot can happen in twenty minutes, I don't think it was that busy he couldn't answer the phone. From being a former server, not taking a phone call is missed business I was taught. It doesn't take long to take an order by phone or at least answer and put the call on hold. The server told me to give him a couple minutes and he would be back to take my order. He dropped off to one of the tables waiting on their food and then took my order. Fifteen minutes later my food was brought to me. During that time, the server chatted with a guest for a few minutes before serving food to the last table waiting on theirs. That there was a prime example the server could've done something similar with a phone call coming in. There was no rush for him to clear the table that had dirty dishes on it so I didn't see the struggle he used when not answering my call for twenty minutes. I opted to stop here as it was on the way home instead of going to the one on Rainbow. Food was fine. This my first experience coming to this location. It will be my last. I highly recommend ordering online to avoid the disaster I experienced on this visit.
