I went with their whole sub deal where you get a whole sub for $8.49 which came to $9.16 after tax. On my sub I got turkey, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, Mayo and salt and pepper on whole wheat bread. This thing was MASSIVE. The picture I posted is only half of the sub. I had been wanting turkey all day and the taste did not disappoint. Ate half then had the other half the next day. For a sweet treat I went for one of their donuts. I got the chocolate cake donut with a thick chocolate glaze. Or maybe it was a chocolate sauce? Not sure. So the donut itself was a bit dry. Needed some milk which I didn't have but oh well. The chocolate topping was delicious. I ate the dry bottom part first so that I could taste more of the topping which worked out beautifully. Because the donut was kinda dense, I decided to only eat half cause I didn't wanna feel so heavy. Half was enough tho and I ate the other half the next day. I would 100% order more subs from there. They're delicious, HUGE and you get what you pay for. The donut.....I'd probably try a different flavor.

Ecstatic, we ran in and loaded up on all the essentials (milk, cereal, coffee, candy, Gatorade, Oreos, razors, and chips). The prices actually were pretty low, and while the store is small, they had most anything you could need, and several options of most items. There were a few customers in line before us, but it moved quickly, and the cashier was cute and friendly. Yes, it's a Dollar General, so a little dingy and poorly organized, but all in all they get a big thumbs up from me.

They are inexpensive too. There is an entire aisle of cases of soda. I got 12 packs of Birch Beer (think root beer with a wintergreen flavor) soda for $7.99. The variety was unique. Soup flavors were limited and priced low. I bought the Grilled Cheese & Tomato flavor soup for 2/1.00. It tasted as advertised. There were several types of microwave soups, convenient for trips or lunches for 2/1.00. The baking area was varied and unique. There were at least 30 types of flour, including gluten. Salad dressing bottles were .50 for 8 oz and 1.99 for 16 oz. There were larger sizes too. There were unique baking flavors (eggnog) and lots of filling flavors for pies and pastries. A family of five seemed very excited about giant mayonnaise containers for $6.00. The chips and snacks were mostly inexpensive. The only section that didn't seem to have a discount were the Little Debbie's. Bottles of Gatorade were .89. Snack bag sized chips were 2/$1.00. The household row had toilet paper & other paper goods, plastic bags and containers. A 10 lb bag of ice was $1.99. The employees are friendly. The bathrooms are clean.
