Was craving a pizza for dinner. It's been a while since I've been here so I thought why not. It was a weekday and arrived around 5;30pm. Surprised to see so many people at the restaurant. My husband and I was seated right away at the bar. It was so packed and crowded. Our server took about 15 mins to see us she was so busy. They had a promo if you ordered a drink you get a free personal pepperoni pizza which my husband ordered. I had the small Hawaiian pizza with white sauce and we also ordered a side of BC's original fire wings. The wings were fresh, hot, and it had a nice crunch to it, alittle disappointed that they were not spicy at all. It took about 30 mins to get my pizza but I enjoyed it. Horrible customer service and didn't follow the order. I wrote down what the order was, (and we had eaten here a couple of times with no problems in the past), and they still didn't get the order right and would not redo it. The pizza was with heavy sauce, crust wasn't the same and the pizza was too hard to eat. It actually looks like Domino's pizza. DO NOT order the Parmesan cheese sticks as they are all different sizes, no cheese and no Parmesan and don't even look like the pictures on their website. Parmesan cheese bread looks like it's leftover crust dough from the pizza; dry and hard. The chicken strips are chewy and they were burnt on one side. No quality control over the food being served. The chicken strips tasted like they are frozen and old. I will never suggest to eat at this business ever again. Manager/male owner was indifferent and completely opposite in attitude than the woman that is usually there as the cook running things. There are better places to spend almost $100. read more

Had a great time at BC's on Monday, Nov 21, it was a great place to watch the US vs. Wales World Cup game. The set up is perfect for any sports game, big bar area with tvs all around and a huge one over the bar. Great selection of beers on tap! Firestone Walker was the featured brewery and there were so many choices, even more specialty anniversary editions. I enjoyed the Union Jack that was on happy hour at the time. Although I had been here before, this was my first time trying their pizza. Great selection of toppings, sizes and specialty pizzas-I tried the Prosciutto pizza-so delicious with yummy prosciutto and fresh tomatoes. The crust is chewy and tasty. Ben had the salad bar which looked fresh and had a pretty good selection to make a great salad. He said they also had pasta and potato salads too. We got a classic veggie pizza modified with red onions, sans pineapple, sans tomato, less sugar and less moisture no pizza flap. I felt like the pizza was mostly green pepper ingredient with sparse number of olives, green pepper was kinda overkill to be truthful. After shopping with my spouse, we stopped in here for a little recharge. We sat in the bar with no wait, and were approached by a server fairly promptly. We got an appetizer and some beers. The food is very well priced and they have a lot of options besides pizza. I am definitely interested in coming back when I have a full appetite. While we were there, they were doing a tap take over with Firestone, which is cool, but it was towards the end of the run so they were out of a lot of the offerings and didn't have other regular beers to take their place. This place used to be my go-to; and then I moved to a different area of town and hadn't been in a while. Decided to go after hyping it up to my kids as the best pizza in town, and man has it gone massively downhill. Missing toppings, meager amount of cheese, seemingly undercooked. We ordered pick up tonight. I really love the fresh toppings. Absolutely delicious. The minestrone soup is packed with veggies, pasta etc and I liked the overall flavors. The pizza crust wasn't fully cooked unfortunately. Not much sauce. At first I thought there wasn't any but there was by the crust and the sauce was fantastic once I found some. The soup all most had that slimy texture like in canned soup. Like added corn starch texture. Next time I'll order super thin crust and extra sauce. The dude and I came to BC's Pizza and Beer on 12/14/19 for a date night. Plus I never had BC's and my dude kept raving about it. It was pretty crowded when we arrived and it was strange that we were instantly seated as other people appeared to be waiting but maybe they had larger parties. Anywho, our server was very friendly and attentive. We ordered our waters which if you see my pictures has LIP STICK on the cup and it's NOT MINE!!!! So disgusting like times 10 automatically a 2 star review unfortunately. The server tried his hardest to make up for the issue but I'm sorry I cannot look past that and I hate the "straw rule" as I knew more instances are bound to happen as I know 99.99% of restaurants do not hand wash their cups or dishes for more of a thorough clean. The server apologized and said it was his fault and should of caught it. I didn't drink from their cups for the rest of the evening. So besides that incident I totally would have gave them 5 stars. We ordered the chicken wings which were so yummy! Crunchy and tangy - definitely finger licking good! Our pizza came out which the dude likes pineapple on his pizza which I'm not really a fan of so we got half pineapple on his side and none for me. The pizza was SO delicious. It was yummy! Fresh and crunch just how I like it. Well seasoned and flavorful. The bacon potato skins which pretty bland and did not have any flavor. I personally would not get them again. Over server made small talk with us and which always makes the dine out experience way better. I would love to come back and have more pizza maybe to go...as I am still scarred from the cup incident :/ Make sure to check your cups and utensils! This is one of our favorite pizza places who also has a superb beer selection that rotates frequently. Husband loves the sours while I enjoy reds, darks and IPAs. BCs food and beer selection never disappoint and the staff are great. Lighting and seating is comfortable and everything is kept clean. I love bringing friends here as it's always a great time. The staff finally brought it to me and said it had been ready the whole time. I asked to confirm it was the owner who lied to me about it not being ready and the staff member confirmed this. Honestly would've given it 5 stars but I wasn't too happy about waiting 1 hour and 40 minutes for a small pizza, other than that my spicy Hawaiian was pretty delicious. Crust wasn't greasy at all. Crust also had a great flavor and decent thickness. I was a tad worry if I would like the bbq sauce on it but it was actually a nice touch. This is my first visit an probably my last. I've been visiting the mom and Pop Pizza establishments in Clovis & Fresno. I like to order the Calzones for starters. If an establishment can make a decent calzone with good crust chances are they're pizzas would be just as good or better. I report this particular Calzone is nothing to brag about so far, it is the smallest calzone in Clovis and Fresno. The Dough is thin an mediocre in taste, but the marinara has a unique taste. Not bad. As a whole , it's like eating a little sandwich. It's a little disappointing I don't think I have to try their other products there are a lot of outstanding pizza places that I'll patronize. I saw 2 gentleman cleaning, picking up table trash and delivering drinks and food and they were extra friendly. We felt at home here and once we got our pizza, we all agreed that this is a great place for pizza and beer. They have a lot of craft beers that would satisfy anyone on this planet! My favorite pizza joint as I moved here to Clovis. They staff is always so friendly and patient with us when we take our kids. They are always checking in with us and making sure we have what we need. They have unlimited refills with their "family pack", large pizza, a pint of soda.. I mean it's enough for us. If you want you and hubby time the bar is a nice area to sit. They always have the tvs going with some sort of sport and the service is quick. The wings and potato skins that Stew recommended were spot on! The pizza was pretty damn good too. We came in with a party of 9 and they took no time getting a table ready for us.
