Not with Joe and his team. Joe kept his word which meant that he and his team elected to work late into the night to ensure that I had a fully functioning, heated pool for the wedding reception. From the beginning, communication was inconsistent and full of excuses related to crews, scheduling, and plaster delays. We were repeatedly told work would begin "next week," but no progress was made. We paid 90% of the total contract, yet there is no plaster, no cover, and no equipment installed. At this point, our contract with Keith and his company is terminated, as it became clear the project would not be finished. We are now in a legal process to recover our money. Based on our experience, we strongly caution anyone considering Keith and his company.

We finally had to text every day to see if anyone was coming. We were repeatedly told crews were on their way when they did not show. Work stopped entirely despite favorable weather conditions. We now have an $18,000 lien on our home from a subcontractor who was not paid. Attempts to resolve the situation and get answers have gone unanswered. We have initiated legal action and are now forced to hire another contractor to complete the project. Based on our experience, we would not recommend working with this contractor.

I looked around on Yelp and Google and called a few places for quotes. These guys got back to me immediately, said they could come out the same day, and gave me a quote and a few options for repair or replacement. This is incredible-- another local place I called wanted me to wait 2 weeks and pay $175 just for someone to come out and give a quote. They showed up that same afternoon, did great work, charged a reasonable price, and even adjusted two sprinkler heads for me for free. I was impressed. The next morning I noticed some wet ground near where they worked and thought maybe they had accidentally left something leaking. Ben came right back to check it out. But it wasn't related to their work-- it was a different sprinkler problem of mine that I hadn't previously noticed. Ben fixed that problem also and again charged me a really reasonable amount. Consider me doubly impressed. Overall, these guys blew away any expectations I had for sprinkler repair. They were responsive, fast, honest, did great work, and charged a reasonable amount. They even were equipped to do some more complicated work on a backflow prevention system. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

Alexi did an outstanding job repairing my damaged interior door frame in Olympus Cove.
