I called BDS because I was having a problem with my 03 Grand Cherokee. The key wouldn't release from the ignition and it was very hard to turn. I had success with a diy fix before, but this time I was stuck. Ben came out at 7pm on a Saturday (super convenient hours, I couldn't believe it) and tried the standard procedures. Unfortunately they didn't work so I paid for the visit and started stressing out about what to do next. He called back a little while later and said that he had done some additional research and had a possible solution. He came back over with new parts and spent a couple more hours working until it was fixed. He even deducted the first visit from the second bill so that I wasn't charged for two house calls! I definitely felt that I was in good hands with Ben. He was polite, punctual and very professional.
