Personally, I have been treated very well, and they have all been friendly to me. I go in between 2-3 times a month 'cause I'm a "low life" and I like to smoke cigarettes...the nicotine kills the Covid virus...or Dr. Fauci says...lol....that's a joke people. Dave and Nick were very knowledgeable and really made me feel comfortable through my shopping experience! The juice selection is huge (which may be intimidating to a first timer), but they have a perfect setup where they give you a battery and you can walk around and test the flavors (as many as you want!) on your own! You don't have to bug the staff to continuously fill samples for you like you do in other shops - this has lead me to rush to selecting subpar tasting juices in other shops. Not here though! You can take as much time as you like and sample as many flavors as you want until you find one that's perfect for you! Really impressed with the place. I'll definitely shop here for all my future vapor needs.
