I always buy my salt based juices from Woodstock because the price is always right and the selection is fantastic. Perhaps the best part of this shop is the customer service, though. Woodstock has some of the best customer service anywhere. The staff is always extremely helpful and friendly; I've never once had a bad experience and I've been a regular for the last year or so. These guys do such a great job and know their stuff extremely well; they deserve to be applauded. It's usually about a 20 minute drive for me and there are many other vape shops closer to my area, but I'd rather go out of my way and receive the excellent customer service Woodstock provides. I highly recommend Woodstock to anyone who needs to stock up on vape supplies and glass accessories.

Pretty much what I have expected since the first time I went there. But I have to comment about my last visit and purchase, regarding how I paid. When I was ready to pay, I asked the salesperson who helped me if I could pay by tapping my phone on the terminal (I know how that question may sound to some, but I still ask anyways), and was told that yes, I could. When I did, the next screen that popped up asked if it was a debit or credit card, and the salesperson said I should use credit (the card I was using is a debit card, but whatever...). The purchase was being processed while I noticed a slight difference in what I thought was the total price and what I saw that I was paying. I didn't think about too much at that moment, figuring I'd look at the receipt later to see what the difference was. When I did check the receipt, I noticed an unexpected charge included into the bill, called a "LeisurePay Fee (Credit)" of $5.16. While I realise that 5 bucks as a fee is probably trivial to most people, what pisses me off about it is this: If by using a credit method of payment also includes a fee, then I should have been told about that before finalizing the payment, and then I could have maybe paid differently, and not feel like I was hustled into paying credit to incur that fee. The result of this is that I blame myself for not being a bit more aware of what was occurring at the time, and that now I won't go to PUFF Utica again. Thanks for the overall experience.

I took it to the vape shop I bought it from but as usual they don't do returns and instead helped me contact Geekvape customer service to start a warranty claim. On May 23rd I filled a claim and mailed the device off to California for them to evaluate and send a new one back to me. I made videos at their request of the device not working and sent photos and the videos to email support. Fast forward to today and I still have not received a replacement and my 15+ emails are always answered with "We are experiencing shipping delays due to volume and stocks. We apologize for any trouble this has caused." I have used Geekvape products for the last 7 or 8 years but will no longer buy from them based on this, my first warranty claim and customer experience I will no longer buy anything from Geekvape and feel everyone should be warned that they seem to be dragging this warranty claim out as long as possible to aviod sending a replacement device. They have the same device on their website in stock and for sale so there is no reason they can't send me a replacement for a device that was defective.

I ain't coming the same thing two three weeks in following all their directions and still another popped. I've been popping seeds for over 40 years never ever had a problem like this. Weak strains produce weak seeds! Sure my $150 $200 purchase is warranty guaranteed to give me what more junk seats so I can wait another month to pop.
