When I…read morewent to my storage unit, the whole floor smelled like mothballs and there were several moths flying around. Every time I go there, I see moths and I have a very expensive couch that I'm storing there and I am really worried about it getting infested with moths. The last two times I went the elevators were not working and one elevator could not take me to my floor. Had there not been someone on the premises that I eventually found, I would not have gotten up to my unit. She said there was a work order for the elevator. But two days later when I came again, the other elevator was out of service and the worker said that she put a work order in. This is a huge facility with only two elevators. If one ejector is not working, that's a problem. On top of that, there a wet e no carts available. The worker said there should be 4 carts. First of all, there should be way more than 4 carts available for such a large facility. Second, she said people take the carts and put them in their storage units. Really?! Well if you know people are doing this, why don't you require customers to give their ID to get a cart and then when they return the cart, they get their ID back? Why don't they have a system in place to prevent customers from stealing carts and putting them in their units? Why do customers feel the need to steal carts? If there were enough carts, there would be no need to hoard them. The topping on the cake was seeing empty junk food wrappers and cans of soda in the elevator. Perfect breeding ground for rats and roaches! This place sucks!

Their claim to have 24 hour surveillance, is pointless, if it neither prevents, nor solves any criminal activity. There are also a multitude of people who use some of the units as a residence, and obviously have more than enough time to get into peoples' lockers during the night, when the facility is closed, and steal from them. While I've been a long time customer, I'll be looking forward to moving my things elsewhere.

It was formerly a "Cubesmart" storage facility but switched over this past year. Anyways, the rates are pretty much in line with other storage centers around the area. The buildings are clean and they offer climate controlled storage which, if you are trying to keep your stuff away from the Florida heat, is the best. I even noticed that once of the AC units had crapped out and they had the repair guys out there asap to fix/replace the broken part.
