We came in to get 2 of my sons a haircut a few weeks ago, they were able to get them in without an…read moreappointment which was wonderful. My boys have fine, blond hair which can be difficult to cut. One of my sons went first and the haircut was fine. My other son's haircut ended up very choppy. It was difficult to tell at the time though, because his hair was very wet. Once we got home and his hair dried you could see it was very clearly chopped and the front of the haircut wasn't straight. My oldest son had an appointment with the same stylist the next day so I planned to address it with her then. The next day I received a call that the stylist was out and they had moved my son to a different stylist in the shop which was fine. I appreciate that they were able still get him in. When we got to the shop I mentioned to the man helping me at the desk about the previous haircut and asked if there was anyone who could blend it a bit to make it look less chopped. He seemed put out by the request but told me he would talk to the person doing my appointment to see if she could squeeze him in. The girl doing this appointment was wonderful and did a great job on my older son's hair as well as fixing my other son's cut. However, I was frustrated at checkout when I was charged a fee for them fixing my son's hair that they had messed up just the day before.
