Clearly just a miscommunication somehow but shows very poor business management and customer service on her end. That just didn't settle well with me. Worked out anyways as I have sense found a trainer that is less pricy, and takes more integrity in her training/business. Have had much more efficient results at a fraction of the cost! Will be referring people to her instead unfortunately after this extremely unsettling experience.
