Claims she called but I contacted her and left a VM and heard nothing and had no missed calls from her and explained that and she still charged the fee. Clearly just a miscommunication somehow but shows very poor business management and customer service on her end. That just didn't settle well with me. Worked out anyways as I have sense found a trainer that is less pricy, and takes more integrity in her training/business. Have had much more efficient results at a fraction of the cost! Will be referring people to her instead unfortunately after this extremely unsettling experience.

It's even more than I expected it to be Stephanie and Mark have done a wonderful job at both locations. Their staff is incredible. They all have the patience of saints. One of my dogs is aggressive and Stephanie and Mark knew exactly how to handle the situation when it came to grooming him. We had gone through several groomers and trainers over the years and we've been fortunate and have to found Recurve K9. I highly recommend the Norwell and the Scituate location.

When we first got Cooper…read morean Australian Shepard we were nervous to leave him anywhere but both my husband and I worked all day at the time and didn't want to leave him in the house all day. We had checked out a bunch of doggie day cares and then finally we checked out K9 Kamp. When we got there and met John instantly we felt comfortable leaving Cooper with him. He scooped Coop up and gave a big hug and checked him out, cut his nails and brushed him. I knew when we left him there he would be loved but kept in line. The daycare is super clean, John is a neat freak. He is always cleaning everything and doing some task when you are picking up or dropping off your dog. The place is huge and the dogs have a lot of area to run around in. There is also a huge heated area that has hammocks and places for the dogs to lay inside on cold or rainy days. Also, Cooper gets a bath every week and he comes home every Friday fresh clean. Cooper has now been going here for almost two years and he loves it. We now have a baby so I am home but we still bring Cooper there most days because he loves it so much and gets all his energy out. He gets so excited when we turn into the K9 Kamp drive way, if his window is open he has jumped out the window and runs to the gate or John, that is how much he loves going here. We love K9 Kamp and John and we highly recommend bringing your doggie here!

Owner agreed. I happened to send my cats rabies information to her last month and she tells me 'by the way I can't take care of your cats cause I moved and don't cover the town anymore ". First of all when was she going to let me know and secondly she still covers my town in her website. WTH???! What a way to treat a customer and run a business. Beware of liars!!!

HomeTown Pet Resort is the doggy daycare where we took our beautiful Chocolate Labrador…read moreHuckleberry. He loved that place the employees who worked there and most of the other doggies. He would get very excited when it was time to go to this place. He would whimper as we got him into the car and on the way over, which was less than a mile from our house. The staff was always eager to greet him, and his tail would wag mightily. Sadly, we had to put Huckleberry down when he became quite sick. As I drive by this business now that Huckleberry is not around it makes me think of my beautiful Labrador. We will eventually get another dog, who will not replace huckleberry, but whom we will love very much I know. We will have our new dog have playgroup at HomeTown Pet Resort too. Whatever lovely dog we end up with I know we'll enjoy this establishment just as much as Huckleberry did. We are grateful to have HomeTown Pet Resort nearby to serve any dog that we might be lucky enough to share our lives with.

Spiro does make sure that the dogs are safe and well cared for. My pup has never been injured or hurt even though he's a rough and tumble puppy. The prices are in line with others in the area so it's not outrageous and you can tell that all the dogs here are very happy. Spiro knows all his customers (the pups) by name and is a very open and honest man. I always confer with him about everything from leashes to preventative care (he knows the breed) to training.
