Very disappointed. Overpriced for what you get and very poor customer service. During a storm she either did not show up or failed to contact me when she arrived at my apartment then charged me for a missed appointment/late fee ON TOP OF the class fee that I did not even receive, for what she claims not waiting for her arrival at the door. Claims she called but I contacted her and left a VM and heard nothing and had no missed calls from her and explained that and she still charged the fee. Clearly just a miscommunication somehow but shows very poor business management and customer service on her end. That just didn't settle well with me. Worked out anyways as I have sense found a trainer that is less pricy, and takes more integrity in her training/business. Have had much more efficient results at a fraction of the cost! Will be referring people to her instead unfortunately after this extremely unsettling experience. read more

I have been using Daily Dog since 2015 for daily afternoon walks for my greyhound Ladybug and occasional cat sitting. It has been a dream come true to find such a reliable walker! I always know I can count on my walker Karen to take such good care of Bug. She is really fantastic and always goes the extra mile to make sure the animals are at ease! The company is great about making sure you know about any schedule/holiday changes well ahead of time. The manager Kellie is really responsive if you ever need assistance. When my dog buddy and I had our first consultation with Donna she asked me what I wanted to get out of training. I told her I just wanted to trust Buddy. That was exactly what I got out of our 6 training classes. With our new training skills I now know how to take control of a situation and I can trust Buddy will respond positively. Going into our classes a few big things we worked on where come, first in a low distracted area (my back yard) then in a high distracted area (the neighborhood, to a big open field). This is something that Buddy and I will have to practice for a very long time but I can now trust Buddy will come in any type of environment with the right approach. Another skill we worked on was "place". With this command Buddy can now hang tight comfortably for a longer duration whether I'm catching up with a friend outside, eating dinner at home, hanging out with me while I grab a bite to eat at a restaurant, or just showing off his ability to sit anywhere I point to and say "place". With all our new skills Donna has taught us that Buddy and I can both have confidence in each other. I am so glad to have worked with Donna and look forward to continuing Buddies training throughout life with her. I recommend Donna to ANYONE she is very down to earth and knows her stuff. She was so easy to work with and has a great personality! read more

We got a large breed puppy two years ago and on the referral of friends contacted Daily Dog for puppy breaks & walks. Well, two years later & what was in theory going to be initially for puppyhood, we can't live without Daily Dog. We walk out dog ourselves every morning and evening, but having a dog walker come 2x/week has been instrumental in keeping our dog well-exercised and calm as well as helping with socializing as our dog was a bit fearful. We also did dog training on our own, but in part having a dog walker who knows big dogs & keeping them under control helped immensely (bc not everyone in our house follows the same rules & commands w/ the dog). We were very apprehensive about leaving our two shepherds somewhere. We also thought about not going away. They are only 2 and have never been away from home and this trip was a twelve day span. We were given Donna's name by a friend and gave her a call. She set up a time to meet with her and see where the dogs would be staying and to give us some background on what she does and what she would be doing with them. We were not rushed at all that evening that we met and she answered every question easily. After the meeting we felt very comfortable trying out The Daily Dog. While on our vacation it was WONDERFUL to get daily updates and see daily pictures of our furbabies. The contact and pictures were wonderful through our entire trip and when we returned home our pups could hardly wait to see us but also could hardly wait to show us the fun time they had being with Donna. We would highly recommend anyone looking for someone to look after their pet or to maybe even just walk them to look into Donna and her pet care company. I have been using Daily Dog for months now and they are FANTASTIC!! My shepherd mix loves his walker, Karen. She is so sweet and truly loves dogs and puts in the time to get to know yours. She has worked really hard to improve my dogs leash walking skills which I appreciate! Their online system for payments and scheduling is very easy to use as well. From the moment I reached out, they have been very communicative and always get back to me quickly. Kellie (the manager) is awesome as well! I actually GIVE 5 STARS (but Yelp isn't letting me). Donna really does an excellent job and is passionate about what she does. She's well trained herself, and is an excellent trainer. My bulldog showed clear results immediately, and with her guidance and follow-on sessions he continues to be great. The Daily Dog has been very responsible and diligent.
