Outstanding! Mike at the front desk was incredibly helpful/attentive, the facility is spotless and looks space-age compared to other treatment centers of a similar nature in the South Bay. The float rooms are well sound-proofed, spacious and well equipped, plus the pods are spotless. My wife and I booked monthly sessions and used the first one after our 1-year old daughter became sick and woke consistently through the night. After an hour of floating (/drifting to sleep), I felt totally rejuvenated. The prices are reasonable and this entire establishment is highly recommended. 10/10! read more

My sister got me an intro float package for my bday. Beautiful and clean facility. I've been meaning to learn to meditate but life is busy. It was hard for me to completely relax for an hour and I thought it didn't work but afterwards, I was so super mellow. Different from a massage or yoga. So my meditation App will never get used but scheduling this monthly will. Signed up for a membership and an awesome benefit is I can share it with hubs! Tip is if you have to sit up, keep your head tilted back so salt water doesn't get in your eyes. But if it does, no biggie to use the spray bottle. Literally feel recharged! read more

Found out about Be Spa by researching neighboring float spas through Instagram and although they weren't the closest, they were the most responsive and had the best customer service via dm and message. Had to set up a virtual appointment due to covid but they have strict protocols due to covid (mask, social distancing and temp check) and their facilities are very clean and staff and owner are warm, welcoming and hospitable. I would highly recommend this float spa to anyone interested in floating for meditation purposes or if you're really just looking to unwind and relax. As of lately I had been having trouble sleeping and after my first float here I was able to get a good night's sleep. I will definitely be back to check out their other amenities. read more

I've been looking for a red light therapy bed nearby for ages and was thrilled to find one here. Love the treatments for improving skin texture and reducing inflammation. Many more benefits but that's what I use it for. Super safe, effective, relaxing - I fall asleep every time! Haven't tried the float therapy yet but intend to - have done it overseas and it's a miracle treatment for stress and jetlag. Since Cryo Wave in Manhattan Beach closed, I was looking for a new place to go that had a full body cryo chamber in the South Bay area. BE SPA has a full body chamber that is available for use during most all hours they are open . It is suggested you call first to make an appointment but the owner Mike happily made it work for me on drop ins with no waiting. He is very knowledgeable, super nice and accommodating. I almost never write reviews but thought I would post a note about be spa. My husband and I went in and tried cryotherapy together. We had seen a couple documentaries on the benefits and wanted to try it. I gave birth about a year ago and have suffered from inflammation since the pregnancy. After being tested from A to Z, I was put on an anti inflammatory to try and help with my joint pain which seemed to help a little but not completely. I explained my situation to the owner Mike who recommended that I try cryo. I didn't know what to expect but the spa provided all the clothing I needed from socks to earwarmers and a mask. Everything was brand new and clean with a very cool vibe. I didn't think I could make it all the way the full 2 minutes it was so cold but Mike told me to turn around in a circle and I was able to finish. I wasn't sure if the treatment did anything even though my husband was raving about how refreshing it was. I bought a membership and went in two more times that week. Mike increased my time in the chamber each time for the most effect. It's been about a week since I went and I am shocked to say my joint pain is not noticable anymore. Every morning I would wake up and have to clench my fingers for a while to get them to "wake up" and loosen up the joint and painfulness. That has completely disappeared! I have stopped taking my anti inflammatory and still feel good. Will continue to do cryo here because it works AND of the personal service I get. It's nice to walk in and be greeted by name and feel so comfortable. It's also supposed to help with weight loss which I definitely need after having a baby. Highly recommend. read more

I started using Cryo a year ago when I was having issues with an old neck injury that was causing a lot of numbness in my right arm, hands and fingers. After already going through one surgery, and starting to revisit the Neurosurgeon and going through a battery of tests again, I decided to seek other treatments to help aleviate my symptoms. Floating is such a game changer and Mike elevated the experience. I have been interested in floating for the last year, but because life is busy I never made time to actually do it until last week. It's difficult to describe the floating experience, because everyone's will be different, but everything goes away when you close the door to the float pod and you just be. Mike has created a BEAUTIFUL space to find relaxation and calm. He listens to you and makes recommendations on how to help you achieve the best experience. To say he's thorough is an understatement. Floating can be a scary experience for a first timer, but he gives you a sense of control by telling you everything you could possibly want or need to know. My experience with floating was indescribable, but the Ted Talk version is that I went deep into my meditation and experienced about 6 months of therapy in 60 minutes. When the 60 minutes were up (which felt like 15 minutes because I was so relaxed) I felt much more refreshed and energetic. I can't wait to go back and try Cryo and LED therapy. My family bought me a 3 month membership for an early birthday gift, and I'm so happy they found BeSpa for me online from out of state! I've floated twice before and know that I really love that experience, so that's what I did for my first month's treatment. It was really nice and convenient to be able to rinse off before floating and shower afterwards in the same room as the float is in, as each float room has its own private shower. The facility was super clean, and the owner Mike was very friendly! I look forward to trying to infrared sauna bed next time, as I've never experienced that, and the cryotherapy unit looks like a top-of-the-line chamber, so I'm also curious about trying that compared to the one I have tried before. It's really special to have al three of these treatments available at one facility!
