Long overdue review!…read more I've been seeing Kendra here for over 3 years. She has the knowledge both hands on and through exercises to get you back to life/sport. As a runner, I couldn't be more grateful to have been given Kendra as a referral. She is not only your PT but she becomes your friend and I'm so thankful to have her in my toolbox as an athlete and person. In the last 6 months I also started seeing Morena for pelvic floor physical therapy. There are not many options for pelvic floor around and it takes a certain person to be able to heal you, help you recover and teach you about the part of your body. Each time I have gone to Wendy her treatments have been successful. It is like magic. This episode was nasty and when she did the treatment I was immediately relieved and began to cry. She was warm, supportive and understanding. I hesitate to tell you about Wendy because she will become so popular I will not be able to get in to see her when I need but for those of you out there looking for relief she is it! Her chatter helps distract and she paces everything individually. She takes some insurances but even if she doesn't take yours the fee is worth every penny for the relief and support. Met with Melissa and what can I say other…read morethan this: professional; extremely knowledgeable; patient; thorough; great listener; kind and understanding! 10/10 would recommend Spine and Sport. I was truly blown away by the amount of TIME that she devoted to me. She had compassion and gave me undivided attention, and actively listened to my issues from beginning to end in order to understand where I am now and how she can help me. Though I know she has probably treated my issues 1000 times, I felt like I was her first case...(for once, a PT who wasn't trying to tell me how I feel or hurry me up!) What a breath of fresh air! I feel like I got a real education on tendens and muscles and ligaments and this really helps me understand what I can do to speed up my healing. I can't say enough about how awesome my visit was.
