Those two facts alone tell you everything you need to know. Contact was made in the second week of April to schedule a new patient appointment for asthma-related issues. The earliest available date was May 26, over a month away. On May 16, before a single visit had taken place, charges were applied for both April and May. The patient was seen at urgent care in the meantime and still plans to establish regular care here given the location works after a recent move to Denison, TX. After this experience, that plan is now in serious question. The appointment was cancelled to resolve the billing issue. A refund was promised by May 18. Four follow ups were made across emails and calls, each time receiving the same assurance. It is now Thursday and not a single dollar has been returned. To top it off, an email came in asking for the patient's name, information that had already been provided multiple times. Disorganized, unresponsive, and unbothered sums it up well. Charging before any care is provided, then making patients fight for their own refund after 4 follow ups, is unethical and unprofessional. Go in with your eyes open.

I understand that but I couldn't take off work and was going to have mom take him in...I asked for them to send me the paperwork so I could fill it out and send with my mom. I would have printed it out online but that is not an option. Long story short they told me they wouldn't send it to me I had to come in in person and fill it out or they wouldn't see him. I ended up just using a pediatric urgent care in keller and needless to say Swe are now looking for a new family practice and will be taking our business elsewhere.

My entire family has been coming here for the past three years, and we've never had an experience this bad. Debra made zero effort to listen to anything we said, cut us off repeatedly, and carried herself with a smugness that was completely inappropriate. But even with having to be a little tough at times with patients like me that is afraid of getting blood drawn, she still makes me glad she is my doctor. Because she will make sure that both her and her wonderful staff will not let me forget what lab tests I need done. I saw a different GP in Southlake before coming to see Dr Sharif and it's because of this other doctor that I know I'm lucky that Dr Sharif is on my side. The other doctor didn't care at all what happened to me during one of the most stressful times in my life. The other doctor didn't want the complicated patients. Well about a month ago I tried to make an appointment and I was told very rudely that she is no longer with the practice, when I asked where she went they rudely told me that she is just no longer with the practice. Later on my husband had to call for his DOT certification and wanted to speak with Dr Kirby's nurse. The front end staff refused to transfer him, and when he asked when he could speak with her, they hung up on him. this truly makes me sad but like her I must move on and find myself a new doctor.
