I spent most of my time at the office and got out for some studio classes or the occasional weekend hike. I'd never played sports or worked out at a gym before. Jin was great about listening to my goals and putting together an approachable, challenging workout plan. For our workouts, I got immediate value just from the first few sessions because he helped fix a bunch of issues with my form. I really appreciated his focus on the correct form because I'd screwed up my back a few years ago and didn't want to re-injure myself. Our sessions start with a warmup, and then a full body workout with a bunch of compound lifts and other exercises. No workout is ever quite the same. As I got stronger he would increase the difficulty to ensure that it was challenging but not too difficult. After training with him for half a year, it's been a complete transformation.
