Also, the community is so diverse, as are the coaches- who are seriously ALL amazing. It makes such a difference to see a range of bodies, ages, to hear from Celia Cruz to Chicago to M83. And they have such patience with my clambering children and even pups. I think seeing their mom lift heavy weights helps them see themselves as able and strong as well.
