My car is currently (31 years old) now. When I drove my car over to the Albertson's Grocery Store today in the evening time , I parked my car in the front parking lot. Then I locked my car door and I started walking towards the front door entrance to walk inside the Double Doors to the Albertsons Grocery Store today. The time that I spent grocery shopping inside this store was from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM. I bought 14 items. When I walked back to my car in the parking lot and I opened up the trunk to put my 4 bags of groceries away , then I locked up the trunk of my car. Then I put my car key in the ignition switch and the pro-lock key too. I tried to start up my car 3 times but my car wouldn't start. Then I called the Triple AAA Roadside and Battery Services Phone Number is 1-(800) 400-4222. This number is open 24/7 days per week. I called the Office and Sandra answered my phone call. I explained to Sandra that my car wouldn't start up and I need a JUMP START on my car because my car battery went dead on me. Sandra said she's going to dispatch Shabib this Battery Roadside Assistance Guy to my location in the Lemon Grove Shopping Center. Sandra said the ETA will be at 6:20 PM today. The phone Number is 1-(800) 400-4222. I had to wait about 45 minutes later before Shabib drive over to me . The Triple AAA Company has a contract with this (3rd Party company). Shabib went outside his truck and so did I. I showed him my Drivers license and my Triple AAA Membership Card. Shabib said to open up my car's front hood . I flipped the front latch and I opened up the hood of my car. Then Shabib said he is going to use a Battery Meter to test the Levels on my car if it will go higher or lower. Then Shabib said to not turn off my car's engine. I told Shabib that my house is only 1.5 miles away from this Albertsons Grocery Store. Shabib said to me that to drive back to my house and then park my car into the garage and leave the Engine running for 30 minutes in order to get my car's Battery working properly again I told Shabib to look at the outside on the Car Battery will tell him what is the date I bought the Car Battery? The DATE on the outside of my Car's Battery said March 2023. That's Good News. Because the standard Car Battery will last for about 6 years. My car battery still has 3 more years to go. Shabib told me "He thinks my Car's Alternator isn't working properly. Then I said Yes I know for a fact that before I Moved to San Diego. I went to my automotive repair shop, I asked my mechanic to replace my Cars's Alternator that was last year in May 8, 2025. My mechanic did replace it for me. I drove home to my house tonight, i parked my car into the garage and I allowed my cars' engine to continue to run for about 20 Minutes. Then I turned off my engine and restarted my car at least 3 times. My car is operating in great condition now.

But Rancho Bernardo Towing was here in 15 minutes. My car was in my garage and there was a narrow turn around for the driver to be able to hook up my car. Unbelievable how the driver turned his big truck around in my narrow drive way and loaded my car! Scary for me but just business for the driver. Very happy with the quick pick up, courteous attitude and my car was in good hands.

Atheer got out of his truck, shook my hand and asked me to send him the address where the vehicle was to go. I shared it with him, he took the key fob and I was free to go and deliver my passengers home, and he would handle the rest! What a relief!!!! So nice, kind, and thoughtful. Thank You so, so much Atheer, for helping me to fill up peace concerning what it happened and take the load off of me. This is a very special company with caring employees.

    I hired Kevin at Carlsbad Mobile Mechanic to diagnose an issue with my vehicle, at which point he…read moreadvised and recommended a radiator replacement. Before approving the work, I specifically asked in writing whether the parts being used were Nissan OEM or aftermarket. I received a direct response stating: "These are OEM parts." Based on that written confirmation, I agreed to move forward with the repair and payment. After the work was completed, I began experiencing serious issues with my vehicle, including stalling to the point where it was no longer safely drivable. Due to these failures, I had to take my vehicle to Nissan for further inspection. During that inspection, it became clear that the radiator installed was not OEM. Nissan also confirmed that OEM radiators would not present the way this one did, including the absence of proper identification. In addition, the coolant/transmission lines had been modified using generic hoses and clamps--something that would not be necessary with an OEM radiator, which is designed to use factory quick-connect fittings. These findings directly contradict what was promised to me in writing prior to the repair. As a direct result of the improper parts and installation, my vehicle sustained significant damage totaling over $15,000 and became unreliable and unsafe to drive, requiring additional time, expense, and inconvenience to address. When I attempted to resolve the situation, I requested receipts and documentation showing where the parts were purchased. These were not provided. In California, automotive repair providers are required to provide documentation and itemization of parts upon request, including itemized invoices and parts information, yet Kevin failed to do so. Instead, I was told that I was a "nightmare" customer and that I was "giving him a headache." He also attempted to shift blame by suggesting the damage must have been caused by a collision or another shop, despite the timeline and circumstances clearly tied to his work. Since then, my attempts to follow up have been ignored. At no point was I informed of any substitution, nor was I given the opportunity to approve the use of non-OEM parts. The use of OEM components was a key factor in my decision to proceed. When a mechanic diagnoses a repair, recommends replacement, and explicitly confirms OEM parts in writing, there is a clear expectation that those terms will be honored. That did not happen here. I strongly recommend that anyone considering working with Kevin at Carlsbad Mobile Mechanic verify all parts being installed, request documentation, and thoroughly inspect the work before accepting completion.

He came on time and did the repairs. I hired him again and he came on time, did the repairs (oil leak and 2 censors) and was done within an hour and a half and solved all the issues that I've had ongoing with my car. If I would've taken it to a shop it would have been sitting there all day. FYI I have a hybrid and not every one can work on this type of car. Definitely using again.
