An easy phone call allowed me to have my Vespa on the back of their motorcycle platform on their truck an hour later. I found out the driver was in LaMesa, in rush hour traffic when I called, so this was a reasonable timeline. The whole transaction was easy enough, and ended with a quick swipe of my credit card after the tow was done. Definitely worth it, in my opinion. Flat tire on the way home....not a problem....Wheel lock stripped? BIG problem. I found Mira Mesa Towing on my phone and called the number..I got their voicemail, but I was called back immediately. I was told 30 minutes and he arrived around that time. In my case, because the wheel lock was stripped it has to broken off. Fortunately these guys have the right tools to get the wheel lock off. After a few minutes there was success and I was on my way home again.... Recommended!! read more

They came out on short notice and was on time. I thought I needed a tow to a nearby mechanic but they were able to jump start my engine by giving the battery some juice and tapping on the starter. Could have easily taken my money for the full tow but instead gave me great customer service and charged a reduced fee for the trip out to help. Bummer! I had to get my car towed from where it overheated to my friend's house which was just a few miles away to decide on where to take my car for repairs. I had gone through my insurance who in turn uses ASAP Towing. They were an hour and half late...... But this review isn't about them. Today I called Mira Mesa Towing a little after 8am. I spoke with Jericho and he said he would be at my location in 20 minutes. Not to my surprise, due to previous reviews, he was on time! He was quick to mount the car in reverse due to my car being rear wheel drive. And he was cautious not to have the body kit touch the ground.
