This place was amazing. The energy is so light, so clear, so…read moreso so amazing. I didn't even know this kind of place existed until it popped up on my Yelp recommendations. I have never been so in love with an experience before. As an autistic person, this was the most amazing sensory experience of my life. The prices are so reasonable, and so worth it. After my first trip, I had to immediately come back the next day just to do it again. You can lay in the salt, play in it, cover your hands and feet, my clothes were covered in salt dust when I left and it made me so giddy. (You can also just lounge in their chairs if you prefer) Inhaling the salt they pump in felt incredible, Iv never breathed so deeply and clearly. I have asthma, and a heart condition, and it was so good for me. It also was a huge aid to my depression, anxiety, and grief process. I came here on my baby's birthday, my little girl who is in heaven now, and she felt close to Me here. The shop owner shared with me that many people feel called to come here with their grief (which is just love intensified) and bring photos of loved ones. I wrote some poetry in here on my solo visit, brought my favorite crystals and just let all the energy soak into me. The first visit I came with my son and husband, my son who is also autistic LOVED this experience. For a while We wrapped him in a blanket and he relaxed while I hurried his arms in the salt. He absolutely adored it. And being in there with him was such a beautiful experience for us both. He's 6. We will Be back! As often as humanly possible when we visit this area. Thank you so much for sharing space with me after my session shop owner, and thank you so much for creating this amazing place. I plan to visit more salt caves in the future but I truly don't think this location can be beat. It was absolutely beautiful inside. You want an honest review? They do NOT have classes for women. They swindle you into a 200/month…read morecrap program and it is all men. There is no classes for women. It is a trick. Then they do not let you in. I paid to be in the program and within 24 hours they said no but they let the males in my orientation class in. They are terrible and I am in a better place now that is inclusive to women and not all teenagers who landfall moms pay to hit. I will continue to spread this to all the women I know. Ypu are terrible and not safe for women.

I have done some pretty tough workouts, hiked some challenging mountains, and trained for a marathon, and I can tell you that Cape Fear Boxing is a superb workout. I came in last night for my first time to check out the Adult Boxing class. It was me and two other guys. Coach Terry beat the stuffing out of me. After class I spoke to Coach Rasheed about the different options for the gym and I wish I lived in Wilmington year round, because working out here and a solid meal plan would make any person one seriously in shape human. The different options for classes in terms of cost are competitive. Dropping in won't break the bank and committing for a month or even a few brings the cost down. This place is more expensive then weight lifting gyms like Golds or O2, but you get some one on one time with the coaches during your group class. You may notice the 4 star review instead of the 5 and that is simple that the new location is fairly bare at the moment. They have some speed bags up, but the heavy bags weren't up yet and most of the gym is still getting put together. I am sure it will end up looking good. I can't wait to get back in here and get another workout in. Oh and they offer ladies classes too. I would love to get my fiancé in here so she can get a killer workout. I highly recommend this place for your workouts.

He has been instrumental to my body being properly stretched so my workouts are more effective.
