Wendy herself was an absolute love. She made sure to check in with me frequently during my two procedures, she was polite, friendly, and just the right kind of chatty. Her technique was gentle and, while not painless because somebody is putting hot wax on your flesh and tearing out hair at the root, minimally painful.
