He asked me to walk him through the house and show him what was to be done. He was able to get some pets stains out that was sure were there to stay. They took great care maneuvering the hoses around the house so they didn't damage the walls. I really can't say enough good things about Spot Doc. The price was fair. He used an enzyme solution to attack the urine to treat the smell which penetrated not only the carpet but into the pad.
