He was patient when we needed time to make decisions and always gave helpful, honest advice when we needed it. Call them about coming to fix it correctly, I was told that I would receive a call back once they returned to the office. It took over a week to get ahold of someone after that, and then only after I kept calling repeatedly. However... Apparently the guy who was supposed to call me "forgot". And the issue is on its way to getting fixed.

Terrible bathroom renovation. Plumbing work was amateurish. There were multiple leaks. One drain…read moretrap was not even connected to the sink drain, it was a larger size and just slid up over the smaller sink drain pipe. I had to hire a plumber to completely replace all the plumbing they installed (supply and drain piping) and replace more of the very old connected piping/drains that they should have replaced as is customary in a renovation. Almost all the items we selected were not installed; instead they installed different, lower cost items without our knowledge or consent (vanity fixtures, bathtub/shower fixtures, lights, towel rack). We could not be present to see the work while it was in progress, so we did not know all of this until they were done. A few weeks after completion we also discovered floor tiles cracked - first one, then later another. So apparently something about the floor replacement went wrong as well. In my opinion, the workers were not well skilled in their trade and not supervised or mentored by a skilled individual. And it was my impression that the representative of the company only became responsive when he began to fear that we might withhold the final installment of payments. It became obvious to me why they were the lowest bidder.
