He asked me to walk him through the house and show him what was to be done. He was able to get some pets stains out that was sure were there to stay. He used an enzyme solution to attack the urine to treat the smell which penetrated not only the carpet but into the pad. The method of hot water extraction uses a Rotovac which made our beige carpets really clean before closing up for the winter. All reasonably priced and quick reliable service.
