The woman at the front desk was very helpful and super nice. I called yesterday and they were able to get me an appointment the very next day! Overall, I found the office staff to be very easy going and professional. Once I completed my paperwork (FYI they take many different insurance plans!) my practitioner, Deborah, greeted me and showed me to my treatment room. Before we even got started with the acupuncture we first sat down to discuss my medical history and why I was there to seek treatment. Deborah was very thorough going through this process and took time to explain various aspects of my diet and how and where I could improve to help and enhance my treatment. After we got through all of that we got started. Deborah explained the entire process, including what she was doing adding why she was choosing which spots.
