Anything you would ever need to fulfill any thirst cravings is probably available at Beach Liquors. We didn't really need any beer or alcohol but saw a sign boasting Florida's largest beer cave so of course popped in to scope it out. There's also a tasting room with bar top tables but there wasn't any tastings going on at the time of our visit. The store also has a selection of gifts/accessories to complete any and all your cocktail making needs. Beers are available by the pack/case or singles in the refrigerated section if you prefer to mix it up a bit and try a variety of craft beers, ciders, etc. Prices on the beers & alcohol seemed reasonable which was surprising since it's a very touristy area of town. There were also some very high ticket bottles too so probably a good option if you have any alcohol aficionados or bourbon connoisseurs in your life. No comment on service since we didn't really interact with any staff while we were browsing around. read more

This is a great spot. First off, it's a liquor store, but that's not the main draw for me. Solid selection of liquor, wine, and beer (including selections in the beer cave), good prices, helpful staff. If you need to pick something up for the hotel or condo while you're in for a week, there's no better place. Now, the true draw: the bourbon bar tucked away on the back side of the store. Just a small area (maybe 6 or 7 bar seats and a couple of high tops), but super relaxed with an outstanding selection of whiskies by the pour, plus some beers on tap (and I think I saw a few wines, and there are a couple of cocktails, including a tasty old fashioned). Very reasonable pricing, which surprised me because prices normally go the other direction in vacation locales. Bartender was welcoming and friendly, gave some good tips on local spots to check out, which I always appreciate. And patrons were a good mix of fellow travelers and locals, so many great bar conversations to be had! I'll be back a few more times this week, I suspect. read more

If you go to Destin be sure to visit this liquor store! The are huge and fully stocked with all types of drinks from wine, tequila, crown, sangria, and more. I stumble across a few brands that I wouldn't traditionally purchase. I tried the Blue Chair Bay Rum. I had the Banana and Key Lime. Both had a creamy texture. They were sooooo good! I wish I would have gotten more than a shot. So, of course I will be on the hunt for them in Memphis. I also purchased Disaronno Amaretto Trussardi for the first time. It is delicious as well. I will for sure be purchasing it again. Oh and did I mention that they had a bar inside where you can enjoy a drink right in the store. They have coolers stocked with wine, beer, and none alcoholic beverages as well. Cool spot in Destin! I loved it! read more

Beach Liquors was recommended to us by a waitress in a restaurant so off we went to shop. The store is well stocked for all your cocktail ingredients. A favorite of ours is the White Russian mix with typically a floater of Cruzan 151. Beach Liquors carries 137 Hurricane proof. How appropriate here on the coast. The store has wide aisles so easy to move around the store. Great find in Destin! read more

Look no further beer lovers, this is your place! The 'Beer Cave' is stocked full, they even have some great craft beers in the can if that's your thing. I enjoy beer but fine wine is my weakness and the selection here is superb. If you buy the reusable wine tote bag, fill it and get 10% off. Just don't forget to bring it next time. Well Patrick, I must say, you are one of the best bartenders and customer service representatives I have ever encountered. Not only were you incredibly friendly but you knew your beers.... and you knew your IPAs. I threw a couple names out there to throw you off and you had me beat at every step. You are a true beer connoisseur.... but then we can talk whiskeys and bourbons. Bourbon is my go too, I really love makers mark but Patrick explained to me the differences in how bourbons are made and really blew my mind. I walked in thinking I would own the place because I know my alcohol and Pat taught me a thing or two. Not only that, he was so kind and friendly and willing to discuss the differences in flavors of bourbon and beer. Don't lose him. Owners, Patrick is a gem and he really knows what he is doing. I have been to "top tier bourbon bars" and they don't know the difference between Jameson and jack Daniels. Pat was the smartest and most educated on both liquor and beer I have met in my life. And I am old... and I have drunk about everything under the sun. This is a fantastic store with a huge selection, wine and beer tasting on Fridays and lets be real.... staff that is super helpful and friendly; cannot be beat. This is the only place I will go too for alcohol in the area, and that's the truth. read more

Customer service was excellent. Breana was very helpful when I couldn't find what I was looking for. Very friendly and made great recommendations. I would assume that other employees are just as friendly and helpful. Would probably be my go-to liquor store if I lived around the area but I'm visiting. You have no reason to shop anywhere else for booze! I make it a point to stop by here every Friday for the weekly beer tasting and never leave empty handed. They have an absolutely massive selection of wine and beer, including some very hard brand (it's the only place I've been able to find Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale outside of Riverside, CA...and the only place I've ever seen it on tap!!!). The staff are some of the friendliest people around and know the wares they sell. read more

Coolest liquor store I've been to in a while. Not only do they keep a great selection of beer, wine, and booze, but they also do tastings for 5 bucks. Founders brewery supplied the beers that I tasted and they were fantastic. They also have a great selection of beer wine and whisky outside of the tasting that you can try. Huge selection of beer wine and liquor. If you can't find what you are looking for here, it probably doesn't exist. Not only is their variety of alcohol outstanding, they also have a small craft beer bar right inside the store. The bar has a rotating list of local and foreign craft beers on draft and many rare and exquisite bourbons... and they are all reasonably priced. Friday, they have an amazing beer tasting and happy hour event that cannot be missed. They also have daily happy hours at the bar so be sure to check them out, right off of 98 and airport road. With so much going on and such a huge store you would not expect that the staff would provide fantastic service! These guys go out of their way to help you locate any liquor or beer you want and they are super friendly while doing it. Definitely the go-to liquor store in Destin. They have everything from beer, domestic and imported, wine and large variety of liquor. They had everything I needed for mixed drinks including large bags of ice..only had to stop here once my entire vacation and prices were extremely reasonable for being one of the only liquor stops. read more
