We both got white gold paperclip chains, and Michelle helped us pick between materials based on our lifestyle. Michelle, Chicky, Heather, and Michael were phenomenal and extremely pleasant company. A few days later, I noticed my anklet was a little tighter than I wanted, so I gave them a call to see if we could come back in for a readjustment. Michael originally couldn't come into the shop to adjust for us until later, so we cancelled and thanked them anyway. To our surprise, 30 minutes later, they called us and said come on in and adjusted my anklet free of charge! I cannot say enough how friendly and helpful everyone in the shop is.
