We stopped at this store yesterday on our way to the beach. The staff were extremely pleasant. They even helped my mom with getting a cart and promptly assisted me with getting an item off the wall. Never will I step foot in this store again! From the moment me and my grandson walked in we were followed throughout the entire store by an employee! I'm sorry but I had no desire to try and steal any of your Chinese made junk! Was killing some time and had thought maybe purchasing my grandson a few beach toys! Cashier was very rude There was a sale 2 for $20 t-shirts I went to purchase them and my total was over $30 So I told her they're supposed to be 2 for $20 and pointed to the sign She told me that they're not and if I looked I would've looked at the tag I would see that they're 2 for $30 So I asked about the sign and she just told me they were $33 the other people in line had the same issues as well read more

Terrible customer service!! I called out to the clerk for a question and he wanted me to yell it from one end of the counter to the other. I had to ask if he would please come over to where I was so I wouldn't have to shout. He was playing on his phone and said it would be just a minute. I was shopping here a couple days ago, and I needed a new hat. I had purchased a black cowboy hat with the draw sting, I wore it for two days and now it's completely messed up, i did not personally damage it in any way since I got it. The hat is VERY poor quality and honestly it's not the first time I went here and got an item that would be broken within a week. I don't want to come back here, upgrade the material or something, u can't order cheap shit and sell it for 20 bucks and it be screwed up within a week.....I'm very disappointed read more

Came here with my 3 year old daughter to buy some souvenirs from our trip to Oak Island. We were followed and watched by an employee who came from behind the counter as soon as we walked in and maintained a distance of 5-10 feet away trailing behind us everywhere we walked the entire time we were in the store. It was uncomfortable, embarrassing, and unprofessional. If this wasn't the only big name souvenir shop nearby we would have just walked out. My advice- spare yourself the discrimination and disrespect and forego this store completely. I realized later there are some locally owned smaller souvenir shops who probably treat their patrons with dignity and respect. read more

Souvenir superstore! This store carries everything imaginable for anyone looking for a keepsake of their trip to Oak Island, NC! The store has huge selection of beachwear and all the accessories to go with! Very friendly young staff who helped me obtain exactly what I was seeking! There was a clothing clearance section where I scored two like-new zipper, fleece souvenir sweatshirts ($7 each). Plus I scored an Oak Island refrigerator magnet (&4). There where numerous car decals ($4) available too! I loved the tie-dyed souvenir sweatshirts! Wonderful colors! There are many different patterns to choose from. Sales woman treated my 11 year old HORRIBLY. My daughter was confused while asking about specific sale. The woman said, "CAN YOU READ?!" Along with a slew of other rude comments. Instead of being kind and patient, she made my daughter feel so upset. We will never return to this location or any other Pacific store. read more

They have anything and everything you need...swimming wear...towels...suntan spray...floaties...life jackets for kids...rafts...water toys...hermit crabs....little frogs in a tank. Sea shells. Anything you need to help make a memorable moment at the beach. Prices were decent....a little more expensive the your local walmart...staff was helpful. They have restrooms...not the cleanest. I'm actually trying to give zero stars but it won't allow me to post this review. The store is a rip off. The manager insisted I was getting a good quality umbrella and it snapped after two uses. Actually, the first time I used it I only put it in the sand and did not raise it because of the wind that day. So technically this was the first time I used it and it's already snapped. When I tried to return it today the sales associate was very rude to me, stating that she could not do anything for me. Terrible customer service. Never shopping there again. read more

I bought goggles here as I was in a pinch and they were actually really good quality and priced very well. I went back as I really wanted a t-shirt and ended up getting a printed oak island shirt. The first wash the printing already started to lift a good amount. By the second wash the whole shirt had a very distressed look. A couple more washes and everything is peeling all over. I have southport shirts I got from the Walgreen's 3 years ago that are washed constantly and still look like new. We have had many printed shirts and I have never had the printing lift like this right after a couple washes. The shirt is pretty much not wearable now because it looks awful. Just beware, do not buy any souvenir printed materials, horrible quality. read more
