Haven't been there yet, but I've been intrigued with peeking in their windows at the beautiful boards on off hours! Those I just admire cause well cause I just don't think I could master that skill. I'll just observe skateboarding antics and prowess etc. But now that I see there are paddle board options -I might personally explore some more when the warmer weather is here! read more

Love this place. The owner Matt is great. My kids loves his shop and him. He is very knowledgeable in the items he sales and willing to help anytime. He's fast to respond to questions on social media. He is very involved in the community. He's shop is always full of products that doesn't disappoint and if he doesn't have anything he will try his best to help you get it. Loved the fact that he buys and sells second hand boards to kids that may not be able to afford one to begin with. NOT A CORE SKATE SHOP Skateboarders beware. If you're looking for a core skate shop with actual skate shop prices this is not the place. I've been to many different skate shops in different cities and this is one that has that tourist mark up on everything. $75 for a board that is $55 in skate shops all over the country. Hate to see it. It sucks that I really needed a new board when I got here and had to buy here instead of my local. Be sure to stock up on decks before you travel to the area. read more

UPDATE: The owner of this business has NOT provided a refund. As a matter of fact he has not communicated with me whatsoever after his email that he cannot fulfill my order. I have emailed and I have sent him several texts which are shown in my photos. He has NOT answered any!!! Instead he writes a response AFTER I post a one star review. That response took at least 5 minutes to write. It would have taken 30 seconds to text me back or email me back like any responsible business owner would. I have been nothing but kind, patient and understanding. I also kindly inquired about my oder once on his Facebook page after I couldn't get a hold of him and saw that he was updating his page almost daily. That comment was deleted by him. I was charged $472.50 for a board that was stated in stock at the time. I was charged immediately. And so far I have been out of that money, no board , no refund, no proof that a refund has been provided and no communication. I'm a business owner as well and I take great pride in communication with my customers. I answer text and messages day and night during this pandemic. This owner has completely failed. Don't ever order something online from this shop. I ordered a inflatable paddle board on July 11, 2020 stating in stock on the website. My credit card was charged July 13,2020. After a week I reached out my email inquiring about my order. No answer. After another two emails I received an answer that my order is being sent to fulfillment and be shipped out soon. Still nothing. Then I called the shop with no answer. Called another time and store owner finally answered and said the boards are on backorder and will be shipped out August 15,2020. He offered to ship a different board instead which I declined. So I waited patiently. On August 14, I texted the store owner if the board is still on schedule. The reply was "yes will be shipped out on time August 15. Another 5 days go by. I inquired again by text. Now the boards supposedly are held up in customs. On August 23. I received an email stating that the order can not be fulfilled and I have options to choose from. To order a different board which would be shipped by the end of the year ( wait what???? Are you kidding me???) or store credit or refund. I obviously chose a refund. I have since gotten no more answers. No email no texts. I have been completely ignored. So I've filed a dispute with my credit card company. read more

Working with This company has been solid. During the pandemic, I purchased 6 different SUP boards. never Ever Boards has a fantastic section, excellent prices and high quality for the real deal... not the Walmart stuff. Anyways, it has been tough, because all the boards have been sold out by the time I had the money. I had bought one in February this year, I STILL DONT HAVE IT! NEB was in contact about the process, reaching at at perfect intervals to develop a personalized customer service experience that built trust and good rapport. BecUse they were unable to get my board in a somewhat reasonable time, they offered me an upgrade to the new incoming stock if I would wait for a bit more- I did wait. They discussed the different choices ( there were a few) and we settled on what would be best for my needs. What I received was EXCELLENT! Super high quality and better then what I had originally signed up for. So, I did wait a long time ( the pandemic and tarifs and shipping has screwed it all up) BTW: I still have not yet received the other 5 boards which were purchased from 4 different vendors, even those showing "in stock". I haven't physically been in this store, I did order an electric skateboard online. There was an issue with getting the board from the manufacturer, but In the end I got my board and I'm extremely happy with it. I found this store online and wanted to order a new deck for my boyfriend for Christmas. I didn't know much so I messaged them via Facebook with some questions, Matt went above and beyond with answering all my questions and helping me out. Even sent me videos of decks they have in store that aren't listen online that he might like and helped me learn some things! I can't say enough nice things about Matt and his co-worker. Their customer service skills were superb! From the time I called to make the appointment for my family and myself, several phone calls, until the time that we showed up, and returned the boards. Matt's temperament never changed and he was always a pleasure to work with. Always putting our needs first.
