It's a bit smaller than many other H-D dealerships - but it feels cozy! I checked out the Heritage Softail Classic, along with some of the Sportsters, Fat Boy, and SuperGlide. Ended up buying a H-D t-shirt, poker chip, and dealer pin. The ladies back in the Motorclothes area were very nice. Check out American Harley-Davidson if you are in the area!

Love this location…read more I have been here many times for in-house events like the annual ladies night they host, and organized motorcycle rides like their Ride with Grace. I always end up buying something whether it's a just couple of motorcycle themed greeting cards, a few (or half a dozen, lol) new shirts for myself, gifts for other people like coffee mugs or the famous collectible Harley poker chips, or even a new pair of boots for my adult daughter who occasionally rides on the back of my bike. And bonus! I used the gift card I won at the ladies night last year to get her the boots ;) Most recently I had to go there to exchange a pair of boots that had a manufacturer's defect. The zipper separated from the boot 3 weeks after I bought them. That's weird because Harley boots are high quality and if you take care of them they will last you 10 years and more. I've never had a pair of Harley boots do that so this was definitely an anomaly But in typical Gowanda Harley fashion they took care of me without a problem and I left with a smile on my face. I did have to order the replacement pair of boots because they didn't have my size in stock but they called me as soon as they came in and got me in and out of there quickly. Do I recommend them? Yes. Will I go back and spend more money there? Yes. Is my husband having an anxiety attack at the thought of that? You betcha!

Took Motorcycle in for a safety, it took them over 1 month to finally do a safety on the bike. When I got the bike back the service engine light was on as pointed out to me by the service manager, he said it would go out in a minute, it never has gone out since. When the bike was taken in the service engine light was not on at all, when I called him about it he said they don t handle these issues. Also on my right exhaust there are 3 new fresh gouges vertically on my chrome pipes. Have pics of bike before I took it in without any scratches. I will consider small claims court to pursue damages but will it be worth the time off work to pursue? What to do? Eat costs myself? Or hope Kellys will reach out and try to remedy my issues with them and my bike...time will tell. If they do remedy the issues I will be sure to reflect that in a new review. Also very pricey charged me for fluid for what IDK? Charged me $49.95 plus $14 for online ordering for a part that costs $30, I guess its buyer beware.

They then proceed to work on the WRONG SIDE OF THE BIKE WITHOUT MY APPROVAL. Did not fix anything on that side of the bike but demanded payment because of the labour. They must be falling on financial troubles to pull this type of bs on their customers and most customers probably don't know any better. I will admit they did fix exactly what I told them to but did more "labour" to the opposite side of the bike to scam me. I refused to pay for a while as I did not agree to this and they did not ask for consent before proceeding. They held my bike and said they would destroy my credit and charge me for storage fees. A few weeks later I paid because I thought they would tamper with my bike. I wouldnt put it past them due to the horror stories I've heard from friends and some of their prior customers. I would highly reccomend to stay far away from this shop.
