It's a pizza place so expecting much for breakfast was Probably too much. Husband ordered over medium eggs and they were over wayy easy instead. I got the breakfast burrito with bacon and potato (it was hash browns) and the cheese inside was mozzarella which honestly made me laugh but they are a pizza place. My son got scrambled eggs and toast. I'm sure the pizza is good but we didn't return to try it. Building has a great location and cool new paint job with mural. Staff is friendly. That's all the good things I can say. Inside is pretty disgusting, even though it looks like new paint. I really enjoyed my first visit here. We came after an early day at the beach so we were famished. My neighbors remember this place under another name and they wanted to know if it was as good as it was then. The service was pretty quick and it was space at the time if day we came, on a Saturday. We learned that, while the name had changed, the food was the same. We all ordered a lunch special of Greek salad, add meat, and a slice for 10.50. I'll admit that the slice was reminiscent of a NY pizza, though a little too soft. I was get happy with my slice, as were my neighbors. They got the same, but added pepperoni for a nominal extra amount. They were very pleased and agreed that it taste as good, if not better, than the original owners. So good, in fact, they ordered a Greek salad to go. As to the inside, it was unremarkable but seemed clean. I will definitely be back when I'm in the neighborhood. read more

My oldest says 4 stars because of price. Two 18" pizzas pickup plus tip $65. He ate the meaty Shark Attack, twice, second time he ate it late and reheated it. This was my first time trying Beachside Pizza and although it's a different version of the pizza I'm accustomed too I thought it was pretty good - the ingredients were fresh and of very good quality, we paired our pizza with a Greek Salad which was nothing short of amazing. Everything is sliced thin or shredded with lots of meats and feta cheese and the dressing provides the exact topping this salad deserves- it's definitely a must try. Now after saying that which I would assume is their signature dish I will tell you the pizza is really good although the crust lacks some of that crunch and blistering yeast flavor that I prefer but for a more traditional pizza it's a good pie. We ordered take out and the pizza and salad made it home just fine, in my opinion dine in is always better but this is take out I'd do again. It was really warn inside. My order was Eggplant Parmesan with a side of Spaghetti. The way it was presented : Too much sauce and cheese. It was drenched in so much sauce. Then topped with too much cheese. At the end of our meals . There was enough sauce and cheese left on each plate to make 2 more meals! Way too much! There was so much sauce over the eggplant that it was almost soggy and the flavor and texture were not good. I dont know what the cooks used as a breading to fry the eggplant with but, the flavor was too sweet. Tasted almost like a dessert. The texture wasn't right either. It didn't cut in one knife slide. What a waste of sauce and cheese. Money down the drain. The Waitress was very nice tho. We won't be returning. read more

Pizza connoisseurs will understand when I say; this is my favorite "fake" pizza in NSB. I am by no means knocking it. The food is reliable and we often takeout. But it's a typical pizzeria. I am a HUGE fan of their "greek salad" which is actually more of an anti-pasta than a greek salad but i recommend it. Their cheese garlic bread is good to. Friendly, fast service. read more

The food was okay...honestly nothing great...but not bad. I think it is hard to judge the pizza because it was a by the slice luncheon special so it was a little soggy and I wasn't impressed with the crust. But the flavor was good! The fried pickles were good but for price ($9.25), I've had a better and more plentiful order other places. The service was great! A very nice and friendly person served us. The atmosphere was good, seems like it would be a great family place or great place for a party...lots of space and a fun little arcade area. We decided that we love to support local so we will try it again someday and get a whole pizza next time....and the local made cheesecake! read more

I was so very disappointed with beachside Pizza. First time order pizza, fresh hot delivered on time second time the same order in the afternoon to have pizza delivered by seven for company. The pizza never came to 7:45 not hot at all ! Called beachside they could've of cared less and they didn't do anything to make it right!!! they blamed it on toast delivery and apparently when you order online your ordering not from Beachside but a delivery service!! they definitely lost a good customer. read more

One star is overstated. Only 3 people in restaurant when we arrived and it still took 30 plus minutes for fried pickles then another 45-50 minutes for pizza we were told The kitchen was backed up?? With what? Pizza came out cold and hard as abrick sandwhich was cold and fries that you pay extra for were cold and greasy. Manager never came out just said they would take the pizza off! Ordered online this past Friday evening and that was a great feature. I actually ordered it around 3 pm for pick up at 6:15pm. I love that option. The pizza however was meh. The crust was thin but it was lacking flavor and was overwhelmed by the amount of cheese and the quailty of the cheese. Truly, we've had better here, so maybe it was just this particular evening. Went there a they just opened. Ordered a pasta dish and a meat pizza. They brought out a pineapple pizza not what we ordered. Unlike many we do like pineapple pizza so we decided just to eat it. They offered to remake another we insisted No, but they brought one out anyways to take home. First visit to Beachside Pizza that replaced the longtime Manny's Restaurant. We were very pleased with our thin crust pizza (not all restaurants offer thin crust) and excellent Greek salad. Restaurant offers nice clean eat in area or take out. Also, has small bar. Good food at reasonable prices.i read more

I thought the pizza was very good. The chicken parmesan was top notch. I've been here several times and is my go-to place for pizza.
