We decided to stay outside of Louisiana where the majority of our work was and I found this gem on google. Called the number and Dusty answered. Saved us a pull through spot right up front and even helped us set up when we got there around 9pm. We stayed for 3 weeks and enjoyed every second. It's off a back road with no street lights and that can be a bit unsettling to me but honestly, I stayed here by myself during the day and early evenings and didn't feel any type of way about it. People were always out, walking their dogs, kids riding bikes, so I felt pretty safe. Dusty was accessible whenever we needed something and drives through the park several times a day. There are full time residents that live at the park that are super friendly and always wave. My only advice is If you travel with dogs, be sure to keep them on a leash. Some residents let their dogs roam free and my pups don't do well with unleashed dogs approaching. The laundry facility is upstairs in the office building- 1 washer and 1 dryer. Dryer works exceptionally fast. There is a bathroom up there as well that looks to be well maintained and cleaned. We will definitely be back if we make it out to Pass Christian again!

We wouldn't stay there if they gave us a spot !! Also spoke to a " long time " resident who states the manager is a drunk who poisons and kills the the neighborhood cats .. and is extremely volatile. Stated they tried to have warranty work done on their camper and the repair man won't even come in the park because she is a drunk and try's to extort money from them for allowing them to come in the park. And forget washing cars or your camper she wants money for that too. Wish the new owners knew this but she says she doesn't have any phone numbers to contact them ?? Yeah ok NOT We ended up at another park on Hwy 90 they are extremely friendly and actually says that they get a lot of people who says the same exact thing .. DO NOT GO TO THIS PARK

Where do I start with all the great things they have to offer...Very welcoming, helpful staff and a general store with a good selection of necessities, souvenirs and even beer and wine. They have a game room and a cafe. There is a little dog park area and golf carts and ebikes to rent. They have weekly events and activities...The icing on the cake is their fabulous pool, manned swim up bar, and lazy river! Such a treat and we truly felt we were on vacation and not just parking somewhere. All the sites are nicely spaced and concrete and level. And they each have a nice picnic table. There are a few cabins to rent, too. The park is gated, which is a welcoming perk.

Also, the beach was not nice. It was brackish water, smelled, full of plants, logs and sticks and I saw a 4 foot crocodile by the shore in the water. If you want a nice beach experience, take the ferry to Ship Island. I was told that was nice. We found out to late and were unable to go. I wish the staff would have been more informative about the area.

IMHO this home is the perfect distance from "downtown" Old Town Bay St. Louis. People love to party and there are some great clubs right on the beach, but they are a bit loud. The easy (15 minute) walk from this house to those party spots, and the nice restaurants that are also nearby, gives easy access to entertainment and food but assures a quiet evening when you lay your head on the pillow at night. Still, sitting on the the wide front balcony porch with my morning coffee, I could hear the ocean waves hitting the beach only two blocks away. The home was clean, airy, comfortable; the kitchen was well-equipped. Coffee in the morning? No problem. Shrimp boil at night? Just provide the ingredients, and you can enjoy an epic dinner right there at home. There were bicycles of all sizes for bike rides down the beach, plastic shovels and buckets for the sand castles that are not going to build themselves!
