For my first hotel stay by myself this was the easiest and nicest stay. It was for my birthday little getaway with a few friends. Our hotel room is very clean. There's plenty of amenities like a gym, pool, beach access, private beach bathroom, and breakfast. Breakfast was needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back to this establishment. Very thankful!!!

We were only here for 12 hours and it was during the winter so I hardly saw this place in its best light. All that aside, I really did dig the joint. You could tell a recent renovation had taken place. They were going for a clean modern beachy vibe with a touch of retro charm. The location was great and although it was freezing we made a few trips down to the water, so I can imagine in warmer weather this place gets even better. Since we normally travel with our kids, I've come to appreciate hotels that throw in a free breakfast. Nothing is particularly healthy or earth shatteringly good, but there's usually enough variety that everyone walks away happy and full. Here there were eggs, cheesy eggs, biscuits, sausage, 3 kinds of cereal, a few bread items and a waffle maker. My kids stuffed them selves, got their toes wet and we drove away one big happy family!

The room we stayed in at South Beach Biloxi was great. I have no bad things to say about the room. Excellent views of the beach, full kitchen, spacious rooms and a walk around balcony. The room was also clean. This is my second time staying here and I do not regret it. The staff was friendly.

Very nice hotel. Well put together. Set up was nice. Privacy was well respected. Very clean place especially since the COVID thing going on. Best part is the balcony. The view from the balcony was amazing. Me and my boyfriend enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended

Wow. Does this place need some updates!!! Location, location, location, huh??? Well, although it does have a location on the beach which is nice, so does Hyatt Place. The pool is a cement block and doesn't offer much at all for kids or teenagers and the hotel suites are very dated. The suites with a balcony are beautiful and it is a nice feature but you pay very high for it, and you can pay less than half that, if you go down the street at Hyatt or Hilton, and you have better accommodations, less noise, plus reward points too. There is one more plus with this place, is the proximation of the gift shop, Sharkheads, which all three of our teenagers loved. They loved walking to the gift shop and looking around at their leisure, which is a plus for anyone with teens. But, this hotel needs some SERIOUS upgrades. And with $350+ per night, they need to do it! Because I paid $139 per night at Hyatt and the accommodations were much nicer. And it's HYATT.

I stayed at this hotel during Memorial Day weekend for two nights. Specially, room 1710. Overall, it was not bad. The decor in the lobby was pretty and the scent they have in the lobby is very pleasant. The ladies at the front desk were nice and very accommodating. We had a two bedroom suite. The room was very, very spacious. It did have a slight fishy odor upon entering but nothing too overbearing. There were a few issues with the room, such as drainage problems in the restrooms, the toilet running for long time, and the closet door being off the hinge and cracked, but we brought it to the staff's attention and they were prompt about making the repairs. There were also a few stains of the carpet but nothing that would make me question the cleanliness of the room. And, believe me, I throughly inspect my room. The walk around balcony and beach view is what won me over with this room. It was beautiful! We were parallel to The Reef Restaurant & Sky Bar. The bar can be quite noisy at night, which could be a con for some, but it didn't bother me. Overall, I would visit again. It wasn't the best of the best but it wasn't the worst either.

Man oh man it's too bad the owner doesn't wake up and hire a new manager unless of course they are one and the same which would explain a lot. THere are so many unfinished things and lack of attention to details that any normal hotel would have. It's too bad they rely on their location instead of using it as a springboard for excellence. The bathroom door slides open all by itself while you are sitting on the toilet. Good thing our room came with a second bathroom for a little privacy. However there's no place for a towel to dry your hands so the towel gets left on the small sink in the way. No place to eat except the very dirty couch from everyone doing the same thing we had to. No kitchen towels so we are using the bath towels to wipe our hands and clean the dishes. Oh by the way, if you're stuck in a room near the elevator don't plan on using the internet as the wifi doesn't work. The front desk staff is friendly but after 3 days of the manager not responding to a written note for a call to ask about some of the troubles we were having we finally gave up and decided to post our review which was totally unnecessary if they had called just to say hi and try this for the time being. Don't expect to work using their internet as it is unavailable. It's really too bad because it's located in a really nice location although if I were running the place I'd probably have my morning staff go out and clean up the beach in front of my hotel to get rid of the trash, the sharp metal objects and make the place way nicer. If you're an employee under this half assed manager/owner I'd suggest it's time to move on because if they don't care for the facility paying their way through life, they certainly can't care enough about the troubled employees taking all the guff.

Based on some of the reviews I was skeptical about staying here however it was amazing. The room was immaculate and spacious. It is perfect for those who do extended vacations with children since it offers a fully furnished modern kitchen, pull out couch, and a 1 1/2 bath. The bed was so comfortable that I slept through my 8:30 am alarm. It was nice to wake up to a balcony view of the beach where I sat and drank my morning coffee. My only minor complaint is the water pressure in the shower is a bit low to my preference and their isn't a fitness center only two treadmills in this small room. Other than that it was a great stay.

I stayed here in March for a week and was very impressed. The room was very clean, had a great view and the staff were courteous and attentive. I recommend this place to anyone as long as they keep a room for me.

I stayed here for a weekend & it's absolutely beautiful. Had a good view of the beach, comfy bed, nice shower, etc. Walking distance from Shaggy's & Waffle House & it leads you right to the beach! I wish i could live here, it's like a complete little condo! Not sure why check in time is 4pm but when I arrived from California around 9am, the guy at the front desk noticed me waiting around for awhile so he ended up letting me into the room earlier, so thanks :) A few cons: - Free wifi but I had to keep logging in every single time for some reason - Continental breakfast could be better & isn't really worth the $5, free coffee 24/7 though - Called & asked for towels but noone came til I asked someone in the hallways - Few stains on the bed sheets too

Beau Rivage Resort & Casino…read more Some places try to impress you. This place doesn't try it just is. Right on the Gulf, standing tall like it owns the coastline (because honestly, it kind of does), this is the spot you go when you want to look good, feel sharp, and remind yourself what a real resort feels like. Clean, polished, upscale marble, light, and just enough swagger to let you know you're not in an average casino. It's not the place chasing you down with drinks every five minutes. Nah this is slower, intentional. The kind of place where the glass is heavy, the pour is right, and the whole room feels like it's got a reputation to uphold. You come here to impress or to be impressed. Now let me give you a glimpse of why this place stuck with me I'm deep into the night. Drinks in, friends around, cards and machines calling my name. Next thing I know, I've burned through my cash. Gone. Down to nothing. I'm standing there with that look like, well... that was fun while it lasted. Borrow a couple bucks I'll get you back," you know the line. Last dollar goes in. Machine starts spinning... slow... dragging it out like it knows something I don't. Then cha-ching. Lights. Noise. That beautiful, ridiculous ringing that doesn't stop. Just keeps going. People turning their heads. I'm standing there like I don't even belong in my own moment. $5,800. Just like that. I've never been the guy who wins but that night? I was that guy. Stayed up till the sun came creeping in, riding that wave, laughing like a fool, paying people back and then some. The kind of night you don't forget and the kind of place that makes it possible. That's Beau Rivage. It's not loud about it. It doesn't have to be. It's the full package restaurants, atmosphere, service, the whole experience wrapped up in one clean, high-end operation. If you want cheap thrills, look elsewhere. If you want the best all-around resort in Biloxi the one with the reputation, the look, and the stories to back it up This is the one.

On the negative side, we had to wait three hours to get our room after checking in. The first room we were given wasn't even ready when we went up to the 25th floor, so we had to go back down to the check-in counter to request another room. The room we eventually got had a noisy ventilation system running all the time. Even when I turned off the air conditioning, the annoying noise was still there, which made it difficult to relax.

    Hard Rock Hotel & Casino

    (359 reviews)

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi…read more Some places look the part. This place plays the part. Clean, sharp, and buzzing the second you walk in yeah, it's iconic, no question. The games are dialed in, the whole setup feels polished, and it's got that classic casino energy where anything can happen. But let's be real that's not why this one took my number one spot. It's the generosity. I've been to casinos where getting a drink feels like you're filing paperwork. Waiting, flagging someone down, or worse paying like you're at a concert. Not here. At this place, the drinks don't just show up... they find you. Like clockwork. Like they've got a sixth sense for an empty glass. We were there celebrating friends, my daughter, her classmates and every single one of us noticed the same thing. Not just friendly, not just nice... but relentless in the best way. You'd take two sips and boom there's someone asking if you're ready for another. It felt like Mardi Gras met old-school Vegas and decided to move to Biloxi. Now let me paint you a quick picture There's this older gentleman a few seats down from me, posted up at a machine like he's been there since sunrise. Calm, steady, not saying much. A waitress swings by, keeps his glass full without him ever asking. Whiskey, neat. Every time it dips, she's back like a ghost with good intentions. After a while, he finally looks up at her and says, "Ma'am... I don't know if I'm winning or if you're just making me think I am." She smiles, tops him off, and says, "Honey, around here... we make sure you feel like both." And that right there? That's the place. Because here's the truth when a casino is generous with the drinks, people loosen up. They laugh more, tip more, play a little longer, take a few extra chances. It builds a vibe. A reputation. A story you take home with you. So yeah, there are a lot of casinos in Biloxi. Bigger, flashier, louder maybe. But this one? This one understands the assignment. You come to gamble. You come to celebrate. And when they keep that glass full without you chasing it... that's hospitality. That's why it's number one.

I'm currently here and am beyond frustrated. It rained around 11 a.m., and apparently that means there is no pool service for the rest of the day. Guests are given only one small towel, which barely covers the lounge chair, and I was refused a second. Since there was no pool service, I attempted to grab a drink from one of the casino bars to bring back outside, only to be told my cover-up was not appropriate. Mind you, I was wearing a one-piece swimsuit and a modest cover-up that happened to be slightly short. I've seen far more revealing attire throughout the casino. I've been here for three days and my room has not been serviced once. I currently have no clean towels. Last night, my room key repeatedly malfunctioned, requiring multiple trips to the front desk before maintenance finally had to come let me into my room. The valet service disappeared years ago, but that's only one small piece of a much larger problem. There are often homeless individuals congregating outside the property. Even the non-smoking rooms smell like smoke. The hotel itself appears neglected--dust coats the glass shelving, light fixtures, and other surfaces throughout the property. A closer look reveals a level of dirt and lack of upkeep that is hard to ignore. While many employees have been pleasant, others seem completely uninterested in providing quality customer service and have noticeably poor attitudes. The pool area remains the hotel's biggest selling point, but even that feels dated and poorly maintained. Much of the property is overdue for a deep cleaning, pressure washing, and significant refurbishment. I used to genuinely love staying here, which makes this review disappointing to write. The Hard Rock was once one of Biloxi's standout properties. Today, I would strongly recommend spending your money elsewhere--particularly at the Beau Rivage, which continues to offer a much higher standard of service, cleanliness, and overall guest experience.

What I experienced was the complete opposite. There was no assistance with luggage, no valet, and no staff support, despite this being a senior pageant. A power blackout occurred while I was unpacking, and there were no blankets on the bed when I entered my room. I booked and paid for a King Suite, and my booking receipt explicitly advertised a closet and multiple closets. In reality, there was no closet at all--only a cut-out hole in the wall, which was completely inadequate for pageant gowns or my husband's suits. This was misleading and unacceptable. I reported these issues to the front desk, on-site management, and later emailed the General Manager, who never responded. When I contacted Ms. Senior World, I was referred back to the hotel. The hotel referred me back to Ms. Senior World--despite the organization contracting with this hotel for the past three years. No one accepted responsibility. As a senior with physical limitations, I should never have been expected to lift, carry, and manage heavy bags and pageant attire without assistance. This experience felt more like boot camp than royal treatment. Had I known these conditions in advance, I would not have booked this hotel or participated in this pageant. Senior women deserve honesty, accessibility, and the level of care that is advertised. I am sharing this review so others--especially senior Queens--can make an informed decision before investing their time, money, and physical well-being.
