This bank goes above and beyond. In the past few months, they've provided me good to great customer service on special requests. Most recently, I visited this branch to ask about getting 60 months of bank statements for 2 accounts. I'm applying for Medicaid for my mom who has to move to a nursing home. I explained the reason and they informed me that if I could provide a letter with the explanation, they could waive the customary fee. I returned a couple weeks later with a letter from my attorney. The Teller who took the letter, Sue, said she thought they could have the copies in the next 2-3 days. I was so thankful as the timing of the application was critical. I was thrilled to receive a phone call later that day indicating everything was all set.
Later that week, I went back to the branch to get a bank check . There were some complications with one of the accounts. Sue, again, helped me get everything in order. It was a time-consuming process and I did not feel the least bit rushed or pressured. The manager was also very helpful in the process.
Other occasions I went to this branch with other issues. Everyone has been most accommodating, but I would like to especially acknowledge Sue, and thank her for making a very stressful time less so! read more
