Woke up to no hot water. Called about 7:30 a.m. Explained I had a doctor appointment at noon, could someone come this morning or later in afternoon...The guy (ended up being the boss, super nice!) said yes and rearranged their morning schedule to accommodate my needs. He sent John, a Fabulous guy! Walked us through what happened, gave us options and then got to work. He also called another guy (Steve) to help him to ensure we would be able to get to our appointment on time. (As we ended up choosing the more time consuming option) These 3 guys were so nice, treated us so well. It's unfortunate that I needed them, but very Thankful for them. I finally had a great experience with service people. The truly took care of us, quickly, knowledgeable, friendly and the price was fair. I should note, that for any deliveries, or any other repair that I've needed, I can't get anyone to come out as I apparently don't live in a convenient area. Fantastic customer service!!! I was in a real bind having septic tank issues and needed someone to come out asap. I was going to go with RR who I know is expensive so on my drive to work I heard a radio ad for Beacon and called. The person I spoke with was polite and helpful. I was able to get an appointment that day. The guys called before they arrived giving me time to prepare. When they arrived two guys came both professional and friendly. They looked at the job and gave me a quote with various selections. Once I told them what I wanted they went right to work. They completed the job without any issues, cleaned up and left the area better than when they came. They checked all drains in the house to ensure everything was working. Recently I had to call a plumber, so I went with Beacon Plumbing. The plumber that helped me out that day was Josh. He was earlier than expected, clean and very professional. I had a toilet replaced which he did with ease and was also very neat about it. He even discarded my old toilet and in doing so covered it in plastic as not to spill on my floors. He also wore booties over his shoes to come in my home which I find very respectful. He did an awesome job, was very quick and it came out great. The day before Father's Day and our water heater dies. Can't find anyone to come out to help until we call Beacon. They are upfront with the service charge and options. We are told someone will be out in two hours and they show up one hour early. After inspecting the tank, Josh gives us the reason for the tank not operating and the options and cost. One hour later, the job is done and we have hot water again. The person on the phone and Josh were friendly, informative and upfront with everything. Will use them in the future. read more

Beacon sent folks out same day and our issue--some leaky valves and lines under our sink and running from the dishwasher and refrigerator--was fixed by that evening. Josh and McCoy were great; they explained what needed to be done and how much it would cost. We were pleasantly surprised it was not more expensive and happy to have the work done so quickly. We would definitely call them again although of course we are hoping to not have any urgent plumbing issues arise. read more

I highly recommend Beacon Plumbing! I had a main water line lg leak, They came out within a couple of hrs, scheduled me for next morning, Escavated & installed new water lines same day. Would highly recommend! Alex provided excellent service. He showed up an hour after I called and I am out of the normal service area. He was professional (knowledgeable, efficient, well at communicating the needs and options). My stopped up sink with 55 feet of pipe required steady and patient work.
