I have been using Chatham Walgreen pharmacy since they opened... They are very courteous and very…read morefriendly... However, the call center which is not through Walgreens is awful... I had such an issue and the pharmacist Lisa at Chatham took time out of her busy schedule to rectify my situation... Lisa deserves a big shout out because she was amazing taking care of the issue I was dealing with for almost a month... If you experience a problem with the call center, try to talk to the actual pharmacy or pharmacist Tech they are truly amazing and I hope people realize that the call center is not through the pharmacy... I actually had a lady through the call center yell at me and was very rude... But Lisa went above and beyond to help me. Please remember this whatever you were calling Walgreen pharmacy sometimes you do not always get a hold of an actual individual who is at the location.

(Luckily, down the street was a Walgreens and they had an assortment of microusb cables (which allowed me to fix the problem with minimal effort.) If you're touting yourselves as Apple Specialists that have been in the business for 30 years, you may want to update your practices and experiences those 3 decades to the current day knowledge that your customers deserve. Again, thanks for nothing micropower. You are out of touch and irrelevant and may want to consider changing your name to nanopower or picopower.

The owner Lenny will bend over backwards to accommodate people with reprints, or redesigns even when they are in the wrong. However, some people come in there just for a free design service with no idea of what they want, all they know is whatever you come up with, won't be what they had in mind and get all bent out of shape with you not reading their minds! Or they come in with some crappy image they found on line about 10k in size and want a banner made out of it. Perhaps some of the customers would be better served by looking on Youtube or something to see what goes on in the design process instead of bitching about wanting a six color process and wanting to pay for one.
