The catcher was she continued to text until about 11:30 and wanted the diagnostic fee prior to tech arrival. What? I'm to send her my credit card via text and hope he shows up? NO. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and demand compensation for the mishandling of a quality custom-made bench that I consigned at My Sister's Attic. The bench was dropped off with a verbal agreement to price it at $650. Unfortunately, due to the negligence of the previous manager, who failed to properly price the piece before his departure, and the subsequent incorrect pricing by the new manager, the bench was sold for a mere $100. This pricing is not only well below the agreed-upon amount but also a blatant disregard for the value of the item and the trust placed in your store by consignors. While I understand that the contract states the store reserves the right to change prices at its discretion, this situation is a clear oversight. The bench was forgotten and priced simply to "get rid of it," as stated by the current manager. This is unacceptable and a slap in the face to a participating consignor. Additionally, the agreement was to sell the item within a two-month timeframe, with the bench being received in-store on March 13, 2025, per the contract. However, it wasn't placed on the floor until a month later, halfway through this timeframe, further diminishing the opportunity for a fair sale. It did sell right after being placed on the floor, further showcasing that the piece had merit as inventory in the store. Had I not visited the store on the day I did to inquire about it and noticed the sold sign without a price tag, I would have never received any compensation for my item. I demand that My Sister's Attic honor the original agreement set by the previous manager. It is evident that none of the items in your store are priced as egregiously low as $100, not even a nightstand. I am still waiting response from corporate. The new store manager, originally gave me an adequate solution but said corporate is refusing to honor it.

The prices in my opinion were ridiculously high except for the $10 clearance rack by the front entrance. Even at that, many shirts I found stained, logos cracking/fading, with holes, or paint marks and overall just not in great condition for the cost! Additionally, they do have some pants, jackets and hoodies as well. Employees never welcomed us in. Too busy eating sandwiches. Find it very unprofessional to eat your food on the floor and at the registers counter to boot! They buy daily for vintage. You'll receive cash or credit. Generally, you will get more in store credit than in cash. Currently, they're accepting winter items and are being very "picky" ( as the two employees told me) about t-shirts. Odd since that's mainly what they carry & with that Tik Tok craze you'd think they would have needed a heck of a lot more merchandise unless it didn't fair well?
