Good selection of men's sports wear and seemed to be a bit less sterile than other Ross locations. Lots of men's hats as well.

Some are more expensive than others for similar items. There's something for everyone. If patient can find great deals. The staff i encountered were nice including the cashier. Service was adequate. The booths are different owners but you just paid for all in one place which makes it very convenient. Def coming back there's so much to see, you want to buy it all! Next door they have bbq.

Decor, clothing, books, pictures, frames, toys, War memorabilia, musical instruments, jewelry, records, furniture, hardware, tools, stickers, and maybe a few other tchotchkes. They have special events that occasionally take place over the weekend. There's a senior day. They welcome pets and even encouraged me to bring mine in! Maybe someday I'll bring one of mine for the "Bull in the China Shop" experience. They have a restaurant here too so you can dine prior your shopping experience. Or after. They also have small shopping carts, but honestly there's no need since occasionally staff will pass and ask you if you would like the items you're carrying taken up front. And it doesn't take much to get large items moved because staff is so helpful. On special event weekends it gets noticeably busy. Parking lot fills and aisles become a bit crowded, so come early. Holidays are especially appealing when vendors dress up their booths with seasonal decor, especially the vintage items. Almost every time I shop here I find something to bring home.

A happy surprise to find the RH Outlet store in Chandler. I was greeted by staff in a friendly…read moremanner. One lovely woman behind the desk, Mandy S., came around to show me pieces I was in the market for. She was genuine in her efforts to assist me. There was a wide variety of solid, good pieces; dining sets, chairs, bar stools, headboards, side tables, framed modern art, mirrors, and lots more. As an outlet, it's hit or miss. It's not going to be perfect like a show room, but the items are presented in an orderly fashion in a clean environment. I found some beautiful pieces at 80% off regular price. I definitely plan to return, as inventory changes weekly. Great deals can be found. I recommend them.

The RH Outlet in Chandler, AZ is hard to justify. The overall experience feels bleak, the service…read moreis underwhelming, and the pricing often does not reflect any meaningful outlet value. On my visit yesterday, April 15, 2026, I compared several floor pieces against current member sale pricing at the main RH store, and the differences were surprisingly small. For example, a Queen Padua Shelter Bed in Brown Oak was priced at $2,350 in the outlet. The same bed in the mainline RH store was priced at $2,615 for members. That difference is so small that once you factor in the cost of hiring movers to pick it up, transport it, and assemble it in your home, the outlet purchase makes little sense. By contrast, the main store provides delivery and setup, even when purchasing multiple items, for one reasonable flat fee. And that is before considering the much bigger issue: service after the sale. With the mainline RH store, you have time to live with the furniture, and if something is wrong, RH can come out, repair it, replace it, or accept a return. The outlet offers none of that. A few more examples from the floor: A 48" Wide Oslo Cylinder Console Table in Aged Brown Oak was $1,195 at the outlet versus $1,345 at the main store member price. A 36" Wide Enzo Console Table in Blonde Walnut was $645 at the outlet versus $719 at the main store member price. In my view, saving only a small amount in exchange for no delivery, no setup, no meaningful recourse, limited selection, and the added risk of outlet-condition damage offers no real value at all.

They got me taken care of right away, and I was immediately blown away by the flower arrangements. My nieces absolutely loved them! The color combinations were beautiful, unique, and unlike anything I've seen at a grocery store florist. These arrangements felt special and one-of-a-kind. While I was there, they told me they have a florist come in every week to create fresh new arrangements, and it definitely shows. Everything looked thoughtfully designed, fresh, and different from the standard bouquets you see everywhere else. What really surprised me, though, were the prices. The bouquets were incredibly affordable, especially considering the quality and the fact that they all came in vases! I was honestly shocked. They sell small bouquets for $10.99, medium bouquets for $24.99 and large ones for ONLY $39.99!! While checking out, I found two matching necklaces for my nieces, and the staff gift-wrapped them in adorable boxes with bows at NO EXTRA CHARGE! That level of customer service is hard to find these days! I was in such a rush that I didn't have time to fully browse the store, so I came back the very next day and treated myself. Their selection of home décor, candles, jewelry, gifts, and seasonal items is incredible. Everywhere I looked, I found something unique and beautifully displayed. To say I was impressed would be an understatement. Beautiful flowers, amazing prices, thoughtful customer service, and a shopping experience that exceeded my expectations from start to finish. What started as a quick stop for flowers turned into discovering one of my new favorite boutiques in the East Valley! Highly Recommend!!!

I won't go into details but I think in order to be more successful several changes need to be made. I've been to many afternoon teas both here in Az as well as other states. I asked for a refill on my tea at this location and was told there isn't anymore. Very unusual. I won't recommend which makes me sad because I love to support local. However, I believe in being honest and unless we speak up it won't change. I'd love to see it survive with improvements.
