I came here today to look for a few colognes because some ross stores have fairly good brands and prices are decent I walked in and noticed that the more expensive brands were locked behind the glass case as you entered the store. Once I looked at the other brands readily available on the sales rack and didn't see any I was interested in I walked up to the glass case area....I asked JODI the area manager on duty if she could help me I noticed in the glass case all the cologne boxes are just crammed in there and was rather hard to see what was in the case..when I asked her if she could remove some of the boxes...she immediately became almost irritated that I asked her and she asked me what I was looking for I said I didn't know what I wanted until she could remove some of the boxes so I could see what was there Again jodi because upset and almost put out from doing it and started removing a few of the boxes slamming them on the counter I felt like I was bothering her and I just said it's ok I don't need to look anymore.....I think for a manager that's very poor customer service.....won't be coming back to this store....jodi has a bad attitude and I can't be bothered with her...just like apparently she can't be bothered giving customer service read more

This was the best Ross store! There was plenty of parking. The inside of the store was clean and the atmosphere was super calm and quiet! It was seriously the best Ross experience. I was able to find a few holiday decor items that were on clearance. The line for the checkout was short and not much of a wait at all. Will definitely be back here to shop. read more

We came here to look around, as people do. There was a pink chair that caught my eye that I was interested in purchasing for my daughter. Then, an associate named Jodie came over to my sister and I and rudely made a remark to my sister assuming that we weren't going to buy them and just use for taking a rest. She made my pregnant sister nervous and cry. No apology, no interest or intent to help or make a sale, she just walked away as I was trying to explain why we were there looking at the chairs. Before I even helped clean up the overs and unders in the women's athletics apparel because I too work in retail. This isn't the first time this has happened with the same associate as well! I expect more from this store as a regular costumer, this attitude is not appropriate or acceptable. read more

There customer service is very poor. Always a huge lines while other employees are just standing around chitchatting. They do have a few things that are worth buying but it's a hit or miss not know when the store is going to get replenished. read more

Stopped here this week for socks and to look for a new suitcase because I didn't feel like going into Target and I just happen to be in this mall getting donuts nearby. I haven't gone in one of these stores in a very long time maybe even years ago. This location appears to be a little neater. Idk My goal was to only grab socks and leave which was what I conquered. I do like their household area though, so I'll return for throw rugs and kitchen gadgets. Idk that I'd shop here for clothes though only because things look worse than Goodwill these days. Just a plain bad experience. Bought a suitcase in March before the world went upside down. Had to cancel the trip so wanted to return it. Between store closings, confinement for people at risk ... I was only able to return last week (with the receipt and unused item). They rejected my return since it was 'too late'. Really ? Everybody around us (and including us) is bending over backward to help accomodate people, and that is the answer !? That is the worst service I could have expected in those times ... while we actually tried to support our local businesses. Shame on you Ross. read more

This used to be my favorite Ross because it's right by my house but today I got double charged for things and charged for stuff I didn't even buy. I wasn't paying attention to when the girl was ringing my things up but I went back to return some things to see that my receipt had things on it I didn't recognize at all. I bought 14 things in total but there were 19 on my receipt. By the time I went back for the return, I had already unpacked everything at home so I couldn't prove to them that I didn't buy some of the things. They reimbursed me for the things I was charged with twice because they could see on the receipt that they were identical numbers but make sure you are watching your cashier ring your items up!!!!! read more

I feel like Ross is hit or miss. Some days there are some good options and some days there aren't. I don't frequent Ross often for just that reason, but this particular one is fairly well maintained and the employees are generally friendly, although I must say there aren't many of them. Usually one (two if you're lucky) at the front counter and that's about it... visibly at least. On this most recent visit there were quite a few shelves that were quite bare and an entire section that basically had nothing. Maybe they are getting ready to put out holiday merchandise; I'm not sure but if felt more like a thrift store than normal on this most recent visit. The area that includes makeup items is typically disheveled... not sure why that is. The rest of the store isn't that way. All in all it isn't a bad store, but it certainly isn't a great one. I'll continue to drop in on occasion but it will never likely be a standard spot for me. read more

What's up with all the Ross stores lately? They all look like a bomb went off and they're going out of business. I would rate this one a tad bit lower but the staff working here was ridiculously nice. Every time some one crossed my path they greeted me and asked if I was finding everything ok. Sometimes this can be annoying, but it wasn't. The store could use a little better organization...everything was kinda thrown around and picked through...and the shelves seemed kinda bare. I guess it's your standard Ross. I still prefer this one over the one on Chandler Blvd. read more

Sima is an outstanding member of the Ross community. Two weeks ago, I was looking for a shirt for my granddaughter. Since I don't know what teenagers like these days, I asked her for help. This Ross is in a good location. It is in a good neighborhood with good options for food nearby. The store is always neat and clean. You can find many useful items and clothing at a great price. I have learned to look here before I shop at other stores. I often find what I need quickly and much less expensive than regular department stores. read more

Ross has a good selection on shoes and clothing. The employees were very nice and helpful! The cashier said "I will be right with you!" And she was! when we were talking she would comment back and we would all laugh! She was very fast and helpful. I would go back they are pretty good. read more

Love Ross Stores been to a bunch, this one is closest by go about 3 times a week. Their shelves are always empty, doesn't matter what time or day. Not sure if they are getting the wrong end of the stick from their supplier's/wherehouse or if they continue to screw up on bringing product in. Hard to shop for something that's not there. They should borrow some of Tempe Marketplace's location, that place is slammed with product. read more
